I have this and it's a great looking vehicle. With the lights down low, the cockpit and external lights really 'pop'. Whilst big, it's really lovely to have to display next to your Batman Animated figures.

Excellent review of an awesome collectible! I hope that DC Collectibles will create a 1989 Michael Keaton Batmobile with a full line or series of action figures for the 1989 Batman/Batman Returns action figures all done in this exact same scale and detail. It is time.
That batmobile is spot on but the color isn't the original one that I had from the 90's that one that he was talking about the kener one was like a dark midnight blueish
its weird that when i was a little kid i hated the stylised angular look of the animated batman characters but now i'm really fond of it. I'm kind of tempted to get a few of these figures just because i like the designs even if they look odd next to all the NECA xD
This Batmobile is a Masterpiece and It's right up there with the Keaton Batmobile. and I'm really excited for the Mask of the Phantasm two pack, if you can pick it up, Trust me, It's really worth buying.
I have heard some negative things about this Batmobile.I can not say that i have found some.I like this scale Batmobile but i still have my kenner Batmobile with the Original box from the new Batman and Robin cartoon.
Honestly, I feel like the batmobile is a bit overpriced, maybe if it had the features from when the kids were messing with the Batmobile in "Theres a Batman in my basement" and/or the scene where the batmobile stops the rail car in "Appointment in Crime Alley", it would be a bit more reasonable
too bad the upcoming batwing toy is so expensive.. $150 for it sheesh.. yeah the deluxe batmobile coming out in august is $140, but that comes with 2 figures, newly added chromes bits on the car and light up chrome Batsignal which makes that more worth it then Batwing
The NJ Croce animated series Batmobile isn't quite as good as this one (the wheels are fixed) but it's well detailed AND you get cool bendable Batman and Robin figures for it ;))
So I’ve seen this selling now for £60, my question is .... is it worth it. I mean it looks great but.... then again it jus looks like a big plastic hollow bat mobile

I'm 5 ft 7". So I'd be about 10 Batmen tall.
I really like this, but that price tag lol. I think even the figure seems a bit high at $24 each

I recently received mine, it Was the deluxe edition. Allí set is awsome! It Was expensive for me but later it would be more, so I got it!

the scale of the car vs the figures is way off and i'm pretty sure the car was longer on Batman TAS
that would also mean one incredibly large vehicle to try and have on display and it would be alot more expensive
