    I have had 3 orders so far. The only problem I had was that 1 painting wasn't what I ordered. They told me that the one I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a replacement (which was nicer than the 1 I actually ordered). Their customer service was great. Mine have always been delivered within 3 weeks. I plan on ordering a huge haul next month.

    A word of advice for your friend who is waiting months, they need to contact their bank or credit card and stop payment. If they used PayPal, they need to file a complaint

    I placed an order with them the beginning of April. I have not received that order--I emailed them and when I checked the shipping number it said it was expired. But I haven't received money back when I contacted them through Paypal. I wound up escalating that to Paypal itself and just checking today they have not responded to Paypal in over 2 weeks. I had placed a second order when I thought the first was on its way and that was received within 3 weeks. Most of the paintings were nice although there was one that I didn't care for.
    I am hoping that I wind up getting a refund as I spent over $50.

      That's awful!! I never dreamed there were this many negative experiences!! The owner commented on this video - I pinned it to the top of the comments here. He says they are going to do better, but he may have done too many people wrong to patch up the damage. That's ridiculous to not receive your order - maybe you should contact them again and let them know that you never received your order - he put a link in his comment about their policy - and it looks like you should get an automatic refund for the amount of time that has passed - $50 is too much money to lose!!

    I have ordered from fansells 3 different times. I have never had a problem with them. I always get what I order and has taken only a couple of weeks. Maybe I have just been lucky, I don't know.

    I just checked my DP log and I had ordered from them one time, back in January. I got 12 different calendar month DPs, a pencil box, a bookmark and a special drill DP of a Christmas deer. They all arrived in less than 3 weeks and the shipping was free. Everything was fine and I had mentally put them on my list of places to order from in the future since they were so quick and the DPs are of good quality with decent drills. I wonder if they grew too quickly/got overwhelmed with orders? I'm glad you made this video to make us aware there may be a problem. I look forward to your conclusions once you've had a chance to hear from more customers.

      I was wondering the same thing about them maybe growing too fast!! After reading through all of the comments so far - I'm seeing both happy and sad people, so I'm not sure if I would recommend them or not. I think it's if you want to take the chance or not. They charge for shipping now, which I can understand, so maybe that will make them get things out in a more timely fashion. I guess time will tell.

    I purchased 9 paintings from them in one order. The shipping was $12.99 and it took 2 months to get to me in So. Cal. They responded to my inquiry about it taking so long the very next day with shipping info. All of the paintings arrived and were in surprisingly great shape. I immediately replaced the plastic covers with parchment squares and ironed all of them. I did inventory and all colors and bags were there. I have since worked on 2 partials and 1 full painting. The absolute only problem I had with anything on all 3 of those paintings was I was short about 20 clear Crystal's on one of the partials. Since I had a ton of those left over from other partials, I did not contact them to send more drills. I would absolutely purchase from them again. However, if they did to me like they have to some others, they would not get my business. Thanks for sharing your unbaggings with us!!!

    i ordered twice from them never had a problem ........BUT your friends should contact either paypal if that's how they paid or their credit card company and file a complaint they will get reimbursed

    I have made one order with them and one item is missing a color or drill and I contacted them about it. They responded right away and said that they were sorry for the mishap and that they were sending out a new kit. Now, just to wait and see.

      No - I just use the glue dots in my pen. Some waxes mess the special drills up, but I haven't had any trouble with using the glue dots. The regular pink wax will work too.

    My experience with them was not the beat, but it was not awful. They canceled an item from my order without telling me, I just saw a partial refund on my bank account. Then they sent me emails asking for phone number. I didn’t feel comfortable sharing that info, so I asked them to cancel my order. We went back and forth for a while. I asked them to cancel my order three times. I stopped hearing from them and they just sent the rest of the items. After experiencing awesome customer service from places like TSA, DAC, and Dreamer Designs... I was kind of annoyed by the way they handled my request. Would I order from them again? I don’t know...

      I really do care, and that's why I made the video. I haven't had any problems, but when my viewers start telling me about these problems, I feel like I need to speak up. I'm really sad about what they are going through.
      You are right about getting spoiled by these other companies - good customer service is so important! 💖💖

    I ordered 2 of their 5 panels back in Feb. The shipping was actually only 2 weeks. The drills look good, I didn’t have any issues. I’m sad to hear others have :(

    I have only ordered the once but it was 15 dps at once because of the international shipping costs and I feed 2 households with dps lol. My experience was very positive. Ordered and received within 13 days!!! All items correct and flattened out nicely under books. Incredible, fast delivery. Ordered 10th June, received 23rd June, all the way to New Zealand.

    Just received my 3rd order from them today. Took 3 weeks. I think they have a great offering of dps at a good price that I can afford. Quality has been super. I’ve never had a problem so I’ve never had to contact their customer service so I can’t really comment on that.

    I have only ordered one time from them waited 4 months for it to arrive. Same issue with their customer services I have still not received all my order have had to get PayPal to get involved

    Grace.. I ordered April 6th and never heard from them for about 2 weeks. Then I contacted them and asked about my order and they processed it on April 29th. I have yet to receive that order as of today.

      That's is just unacceptable!! That's why I made this video - I think it's important to let others know that there are some problems going on with this company. I hope you eventually receive your DPs!!

    Myself, my mum and my best friend have all used fansells for the last few months, we have easily spent over £400 in total between us. Weve had to wait a couple of weeks for some orders to arrive bit understandable with what's going on. I had a picture missing with my very first order but they always replied to any emails etc and I received the missing painting a couple of weeks after. Will definitely still be using them. Hope your friends get their orders sorted out xx

    I placed an order for 11 canvases with Fansells March 4 before Covid hit. I got my stuff in 2-3 weeks in perfect condition. They did separate my order in 2 packages -if I remember correctly some were backordered. I was very pleased overall. Would buy from them again.

    I order 11 paintings on April 4 received on July 3 the tracking showed it hadn't moved since April 29th. They responded to all of my emails in a timely manner.

    Do you use a special drill pen with the ab diamonds and rhinestones?

      No, just a regular pen. For really big stones, I sometimes use tweezers or a Pick-Me-Up Pen that you can find on Amazon

    I got my first order after quite a while. However, customer service was up front about that. They answered all my questions - especially when the tracking number on my order page didn't work. Once I got the order I was a bit disappointed with my largest piece A Dragon : half of the drills that were supposed to be included were missing. I emailed and FB messaged and on the latter they responded instantly. They have asked for pictures and I have sent them but am still waiting on a reply. Also, one of the paintings I received, the glue is turning color. I loved all the DP's I got from them and saw an unboxing with the same painting missing the the same drills as mine - off course after I ordered it! I would order again once this issue is resolved.

    I’ve been getting diamond paintings from fansells for over a year now, I’ve never had a problem, my items have arrived between 3 and 4 weeks after ordering, whenever I’ve contacted them they’ve always got back to me and been very helpful. When I first ordered I noticed the shipping at checkout said 7-10 so after 15 days I contacted them. I hadn’t realised the shipping was 7-10 business working days after the email saying my order had been dispatched, I thought it meant from day of order, but they were great and explained. Now fansells are the only company I will order from. They’ve also said if anyone sees any paintings on their site that have been stolen from an artist to let them know and they will remove them from the website. I’m in England so maybe the shipping from China is quicker than to other countries.

      gbmaltese they’ve asked people to email them if they see stolen artwork and tell them which paintings so they can remove them. It may take some time as they will probably need to contact artist or investigate to make sure the DP is stolen as unfortunately there maybe some people that doesn’t like a certain artist and want their art removing even though the artist are genuinely ok with fansells to sell it. They will need to be sure before removing paintings x

    I have never done dp before and wanted to try it so I ordered from this company on June 21, 2020 and was sent an email confirmation saying my order was shipped on June 23. And everyday I have been checking the tracking number and still nothing can be found. I am still hoping I receive my package but I am no so sure anymore.

    Hello Grace 💖🤗, I'm surprised of the issues that popped up. I have ordered and everything is perfect. I didn't keep track of how long it took to arrive. It didn't seem to long though. I have the cat like yours. She is so pretty. I'm starting a mandela from them soon.
    I'm going to place another order to see what happens. I hope the issues are fixed. Loved the company.
    I hope you days have been good Grace. Hope you weekend was good too. I know when it comes to any holiday I miss my Dad and Sis in law so much. I usually end up depressed. I did spend Sunday afternoon at my sisters. She made face masks and I DP.
    We had a wonderful time. For my emotional wellbeing I need to do that more often.
    She will have the empty nest syndrome in a month. Her youngest daughter bought a home and is in the process of fixing it up.
    She hand laid her front room flooring Saturday and Sunday after church. She got it done and it is gorgeous. So proud of her.

      Hi Lin!! I have never had a problem with them either, but I had so many people coming to me about the problems they were having, that I felt I needed to make this video. I have recommended them many times, and I just wanted to share my viewers stories, so that people could decide what they want to do. I sure hope you get your last order.
      Yes, the holidays are so hard when we have lost loved ones. It sounds like you had a great time at your sisters!! I wish I could have gone to see either my sister or daughter - I miss them so much. My husband and I just sat around and watched some old movies - it is so darn hot here!!
      It's going to be hard on her losing her youngest daughter to a new house - it gets lonely without them!! Sounds like she did a beautiful job on the flooring.
      I hope and pray you are doing well and please go see your sister as much as you can - you really need to watch out for your emotional health!!

    hi - I ordered 13 paintings feb 29, 6 were shipped on march 6 and 7 shipped march 23 ( said to heavy for just 1 shipment) Got the march 23order on april 30, but the other order did not come. Contacted them after 2.5 months and they reshipped them . I received the 2nd order June 28. 4 months We went back and forth emailing but they just kept saying delivery was slow. I really like this company but don't know if I will reorder from them and told them so also.

    I don't know whether this is fansells or the pandemic, but I been waiting for a over month for my package that apparently is at my local airport. I first contacted fansells due to a bad tracking number, it took them a week to respond, and it got corrected. They sent me in an email saying the package was just waiting for local mail service to get it and that I should receive it in a couple days. Looking closer at the link fansells sent I saw the date stamp for my package at my local airport was a month old. Tried contacting them again to confirm that I was reading the slip right and was told that's it's due to the pandemic. I'm still waiting for an update.

    I received my 27 paintings and contacted them confirming that I was happy with it. I made a suggestion that they would have the rendering in all the paintings allowing us to see how it looks and some more square paintings to choose from.
    I did not get any response at all.

    I ordered on April 12th. As of July 7th I have not received my order. I’ve contacted customer service and they claim it’s coming. The USPS tracking states a shipping label was created but they’ve never received it from China shipping. At this point, it’s a $30 loss. You live and learn. Love your videos.

    Hi this is Riv. I have ordered in all from Fansells 15 paintings and received all of them within the problems in this world. I haven't had any problems with them. And on CES Deals I have one order still out and it has been three months. I have asked for their tracking number but they can't track it so I don't know if in Australia or not.     I've made 3 orders with them, one is in its way. The other 2 were quicker than aliexpress or everydaydeals. In the first order one item was sold out and they refund me the following day. No issues with them.

    Me and my sister have ordered from them like four to five times each and received our products in between 2 to 3 weeks. I had one problem with not having enough drills they respond to my complaint quickly and received the replacement 3 weeks later.

    I have an order I am waiting on, i have received two. All the kits are very nice but they substituted some of what I wanted for others on my first order. I contacted them and they responded right away saying that in order to ship my order faster they made substitutions for canvases they were sold out of. They were still available according to the website...the second order I had one canvas with missing drills. I had to provide pictures which, that's fine. Both times they responded right away and they say they will correct the issues but I don't have tracking on these. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I've ordered a bunch from amazon with no problems. I received one from aliexpress with a puncture wound through the bag, the box and into the drills. Drills EVERYWHERE and I had a new tracking number with a full kit replacement in 24 hours. All I asked for was the drills. It's a huge canvas, too. So fansells is responding but 2 of 2 orders with issues does make me pause when I seem to be doing so much better elsewhere.

      That's why I decided to make this video. I have heard this same type of story from others. They are told their order has shipped out, and they never receive it, they they are told it is lost and they will send out another one, yet they are still waiting. At least with AliExpress you can open a dispute and usually get things resolved. That is awesome that the other company is replacing the whole kit!! Good customer service is so important!

      @@gbmaltese I never expected a full replacement as it was clearly shipping damage and not their fault but they didn't hesitate. Fansells though...3i cant say they were bad but choose other things for me so they could ship sooner? Not passing the sniff test. The kits I have received have been really nice, but I think when things go wrong...I wouldn't say they're bad but I cant say I recommend them, either.I'm glad you are giving us this forum to share so others can choose with more information

    I’ve ordered three times from them. Each had 6-8 projects. Two orders arrived no problem. Third one is on its way, been only about two weeks. The products I have received from them have been beautiful. Sorry to hear about the trouble your friends are having.

    I looked into them once before but never completed an order. I selected usd but when I got to the check out page it switched from usd to pounds and that had me a little leery at the time. No matter what I tried it still said pounds and I ended up not placing the order. Sorta thinking maybe if was good that I hadn't ordered if there service sucks :(

    Love all of your choices. I’ve ordered from them and got them quicker than AE (which I’ve waiting on since February) never had an issue with the Company. I like that they have poured glue. You are right about customer service. Unfair to not get a response or refund. LISTEN UP FANSELLS!!!!!!

    I've had 3 packages with over 65 items and never had a problem other than the bag was ripped, but all the items were there. They have all come within 2 weeks of ordering.

    I placed five orders with Fansells. I received four out of the five orders. The funny thing is the order that I am missing is the very first order that I placed. Try to track it and there was nothing. Sent them an email and they responded back that the package was in the mail and should be here soon. That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting. I ordered this in May. Not sure where it is but if I do not get it soon I will email them again.

    My first order from fansells, I was missing an item. I emailed them and they said they would send it with my second order I had placed with them since they had not shipped it. On the same order I received the drills did not belong to a painting I purchased, so I emailed them again and they said they will ship the drills when the drills came in since they did not have the drills to the painting. I did a second order not realizing that the drills did not match the painting. My first order got to me in 24 days. We shall see if they added the missing item to my second order and if they will ever send the drills to the painting.

    I have had good luck with them but I ordered a couple of customs and they were not the best. I will not order order customs from them again. The customs from Ali Express are well done but it is a roll of the dice whether you will every receive your stuff.

    I’ve ordered from fansells a few times and never had any problems. However I’ve never had to contact them over anything either. I’m glad to see they commented on here and hopefully they will fix any issues because their products are usually good especially for their prices.     my experience was not the greatest. I made a very big order of about 40 paintings. they split my order up and I got one within a month and the other package had no update for almost 2 months and after continuously contacting them they would just keep saying it on the way and no further details. I ended up getting rest of order over 2 months after I received the first part of my order. So it took a very long time and they really didn't seem to helpful or concerned and it was a very big order.

    I just read your reviews on Fansells, I would like to say I have purchased 100's of kits from them with absolutely NO problems on shipping or getting my kits. I just felt someone should say something positive about this company!

      I'm not sure if you watched the whole video or not, from your comment, probably not. I had great things to say about the company's products, and how I've never had a problem. When I have lots of my viewers coming to me and complaining about things that are happening to them, I feel it is necessary for me to share, as I have recommended this company many times. I'm glad you had great experiences, but others haven't and they need to be heard also.

    I never bought from them, though I was looking at some of the notebooks and debated on them. I won't buy any now. I had trouble with another company, Pretty Neat Creative. I bought some special drills. One order came in a month. The other was a few months and were the wrong drills. I have sent them a number of emails and they offered me a few dollars credit, which means I would have to make a purchase to get a few dollars. Don't think so. Don't blame yourself Grace. Not your fault Fansells went down the creek.

    I never had any problems with Fansells. One painting wasn delivered but I got mine money back, without having to order. An other painting was not what I expected and I go my money back.

    I ordered from them once and I ordered 6 but I received 4 and money refunded for the other 2 paintings because they became unavailable after I ordered them. My daughter ordered from them and ended up with some but was refunded for the ones they didn't ship. They contacted me and my daughter in a email about it before we even received the paintings. I had no problem with them but I know others have not gotten their paintings at all. I haven't ordered again from them do to this problem.

    "Paint with diamonds" took from February 2020 until July 3, 2020 and I got 1 of 3....
    I spent $86.00.... been many text contacts...I contacted usps...they found the 1 that I received
    I got screwed....won't use them again

    The service I received was so poor at first. I waited so long to get my first order and because they transposed my zip code, it was sent back to them. I had to pay them to reship it to me which I then got a bogus tracking number. After that I contacted them again and they corrected it. Meanwhile I did place a second order which I received with no problem. But my first order came and one painting was missing. They said they would send it with my next order. I did end up receiving it along with a gift. Overall I would order again but I would be cautious and keep up with the tracking.

    I’m still waiting almost 3 months. It is actually at a vendor for delivery since June 23 in my home town. According to their customer service they have resent my order. Not holding my breath, if I don’t get within 6 weeks will file a claim with PayPal. I will never order from them again, horrible service.

    I so far have no issues with them. I ordered from everydayedeals a month before I ordered from them and it looks like they both finally made it to my state so I should be getting both today. Both sites shipped within two days and both orders were held up by US customs neither companies fault. They both provided tracking numbers that are not USPS tracking and both gave me updated info when I wrote and explained the numbers they gave are not trackable. Both showed up through 17 track but fansells did provide me the USPS tracking number. I was polite in my emails and received the same polite responses by both companies. While I have no clue how my products will be I really felt I was treated respectfully by both companies when emailing them. I hope this helps.

    I have been waiting a very long time for my accessories kit but Fansells says once it ships you cannot file a grievance until it is past the date of receipt they provided you with.     Ordered over a month ago and still haven't received my order they just sent an email stating that the tracking number I had was wrong so gave me another so of course went to track it and it said it was pick up in Jamaica, NY on May 30th, whatever that means but as of now I haven't received anything and no more information!!

    I received an order from them recently and one item was not delivered but they were delivered ultra fast, and I adore them for their prices. At the moment I am being treated shabbily by Everydayedeals. I did not get a jigsaw puzzle, I contacted customer services and they said tell us in your next order and we will add it to the order with no payment on that item necessary. I have yet to make the order as I am waiting for funds. I love fansells and would still order from them as - so far - they've been good to me.

      Grace, I have several questions so I am going to list them one by one. Does our Texas heat hurt the diamond ♦️paint glue surface at all? I have been told all opaque covers have two sided tape? I have an opaque one and the owner said it is poured glue. I have some spots that’s that aren’t sticky what kind of glue do you use? I’m doing my first square and there are gaps in the middle, I realized that the squares are different sizes and they are not smooth on the sides.I cannot cut the little nibs on the side or I would be cutting for a year.

      You need to store your DPs in a cool place, as heat will affect the glue. I have never seen a canvas with poured glue with an opaque cover, so I don't think I would believe the owner. You can use Aleene's Tack It Over and Over for spots that aren't sticky. Your square drills sound awful - I would try to get either a refund or a new kit from the company - you will be having lots of problems with drills that have little nibs on them. I hope that helps!

      I will do one at some time in the future. My plans are to cut the panels apart, so I have a smaller section to work on at a time. I will just cut the legend off and put it to the side so I can see the numbers and symbols.

      Hi Debra!! I have had several people tell me that they have now received their kits. The owner did watch the video and said they are going to do better. I have never had a problem with them, so go ahead and give them a try. I really think they are trying to do better!! God Bless and have a wonderful day!

      Some people have no problems, but others do. I've never had a problem, but I wanted to let others know that some are having a hard time with them - it's only fair.

    I ordered 20 paintings (I'm getting bored during this pandemic, lol) and a tool. I got it in 2.5 weeks. Can't beat the prices. No complaints on any of the canvases or drills or anything. One tiny complaint would be that a few pics don't have DMC numbers, but seriously, that's it. Also, they respect copyrights. That's a big deal, too. I swear I'm not an employee and not sponsored lol.

      @@gbmaltese as I understand it, if you let them know an image is copyrighted, they will remove it 😊 I haven't had personal experience with that yet, but heard another YT'er mention it.

    OMG, have been waiting 3 weeks for my order. I saw something that says they shipped my order when I go in and check tracking the order can not be traced 😳 oh boy . 👧🏻

      Don't worry too much yet...mine took 2 months and I couldn't track it either, but it arrived and everything was good.

    I have never had a problem , with Fansells.
    They sent me a replacement one time and usually they only take 2 weeks to the U.K.
    Customer service have always replied to me . 😍😍😍

    I ordered from fansells and received the wrong canvas. I sent them a message with photos of the wrong canvas. They all but called me a liar and asked me to send them an unboxing video which I did not have. They refused to replace or refund and were very rude. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund. I will never use them again.

    I have ordered from Fansells about 2 months ago, never received. Honestly, I have not contacted them to make right. I will never order from them again I don't like theirpayment system, too much negative situations, to try again.
