Hemming was taken #29 overall by the Dallas Stars and was one of three selections from this past year. If you are a Finnish player and your last name begins with H, how can it possibly go wrong? I think that perhaps the best player comparison to Emil Hemming is another Finnish Prospect Kasper Halttunen ( H again ). The Sharks Prospect Halttunen had an amazing season with London Knights. He was drafted in the early second round in 2023 and his player profile is very similar to Emil Hemming´s player profile. Halttunen developed enormously last season. If Hemming takes same kind of steps in his development, everything looks great.
