Sure thing! Chuuya gets a disease called "Fatal Familial Insonmia" which basically is a fatal version of Insomia. As the disease worsens, it causes the body to be unable able to sleep. Typically the life expectacy after diagnosis is 6 months to three years. As Chuuyas sickness worsens, Dazai is there to take care of him. Eventaully Chuuya dies, in the winter, hence the "spring without you is coming" title.
