I was a military member who served 17yrs before being tossed aside because I broke my back. Yes, I can still walk its very lower back L5/L6 S1 area yeah, I have an L6 it's a birth defect. However, had to start going to pain management, procedures and meds for the last 15 yrs or so. During my military stent I was later diagnosed with BPD, so my mood can swing from manic happiness or complete existential depression in literal minutes, it's like Bi-polar but in fast forward. Why am I telling you this, because I thought Nihilism was what I had been replaced with at that point. Life had no meaning, nothing matters, I still think this is true. However, to an absurdist is to live life like it has no meaning no inherit purpose, but I am still going to look out the window and take pictures, like I am in a double decker bus passing Big Ben. Make peace with the absurdity that is life then enjoy!
