Thanks for the recommendation, I'll have a look at the Carey Nieuwhof book. Switch by Chip and Dan Heath (2011)and Leading Major Change in Your Ministry by Jeff Iorg (2018) are also really good. Read both as part of my DMin program.
I'm not a Preacher, but a beleiver who has read a lot of how to bible study books and just get very little out of it. Have a learning disablety that may be the bigest fall back, thanks for the emails just do not know if to continue on. So if you would, how about a little guidenst! If not ok. just looking no bad thoughts. O I see you gone for church grrowth, I think preach the word and prayer, and making it more like home the a visit to the coffee shop, get a buzz only no inter action like spititual growth, body minestery. Just saying!
