Paper Recycling | Inside the Factory

In this video, we will see the complete paper recycling process, from collection to dispatch.
The collected papers are unloaded at the warehouse and stored in bales.
In the first step, the paper types are separated. This phase is very important, as magazines, newspapers, cardboard, etc. are very different.
This separation is done with a series of rollers and belts. In the cylinders themselves, the lighter papers fall to another belt below. The heavier ones like cardboard are still on top.
The separation of colored and white papers is done as well. A number of color detection sensors are used for this identification. A jet of compressed air expels the colored ones out of this conveyor.
The end of separation is still performed by people.
All the material is poured into barrels where it is mixed with a series of chemicals forming a pulp.
Ink from paper is removed with chemicals and detergent. This same ink sticks to bubbles and floats on the surface. So they are aspirated.
The pulp passes through a series of cylinders, where the water is removed. In this way the paper sheet is formed.
This plate is painted white on both sides.
Resistance control is performed by the laboratory to identify which function it will have: newspaper, book, magazine, etc.

Que bom que existe reciclagem lembro que na escola quando fiz meu primeiro papel reciclado eu me achei o máximo com minha tela feita de arame e papel reciclado e agora vendo uma fábrica com toneladas de papel e maquinas reciclando eu me senti formiga 🐜
