      I don't know. In 2015 Texas refused to charge a father for catching somebody molesting his daughter and beat him to death. The time gap is going to be an issue for some people as they didn't catch him BUT if I'm on the jury you couldn't convince me to vote guilty for my life. We would be in that jury room for weeks and still not guilty

      @feedandseed-fl3er your blaming a woman for a man sexually assaulting her daughter? I'm sure the mom didn't tell him to do it and that it was his own choice. Secondly, it's usually from not having a good fatherly role model that women choose crappy men like that. If she had a good strong relationship with her father, she wouldn't lower her standards like that.
      I agree that mom's need to be careful who they date when they have children. But I find it interesting how you seem to be putting the blame all on her.

      She has since said her mother “didn’t deserve what happened” and that she “regrets it every day”.
      Yet the guy she put up to doing the crime, Nicholas is serving a life without parole sentence. Go figure.
      Also reminds me of the Menendez brothers. Even if they were abused they could’ve just left as they were adults by the time of the crime. If they hail them as heroes then every person falsely accused of being a pedophile is I'm great danger of being murdered. Think about it , all you would have to do to get away with murder is kill someone and say he molested you . The real problem is that the authorities dropped the ball . Now why that happened is not necessarily known at this point. It could be as simple as not enough people available to investigate and bring these offenders to justice with the current climate of cop and authority bashing. When these idiots walk around saying pigs in a blanket fry them up like BLM did , then how hard do you think the police are going to work for an ungrateful public? That being said we do of course need massive police reform inorder for the system to work properly.

If they were unable to then I believe that what they did was 110% justified there are times and situations where you can't collect evidence but you know something's going on and if you don't stop it it can snowball into a huge effect with more than just that one little girl that he was doing it too. Not arguing your stance I just sick and tired of people thinking the law is not doing their job when it's our citizens who are not helping the police officers. That's like telling someone in a retail store that I'm going to go pick out everything they want and bring it up because that's my job. The police can't collect evidence and arrest people that doesn't work that way they're not everywhere at once.

      @@sheenagrau496 also, sadly, those in Child Services are so completely overloaded with cases they can hardly keep up with them, and I certainly agree there are far too many parents who are not equipped with the knowledge of how to raise a child, or who irresponsibly produce children they didn't want and have no desire or compulsion to raise responsibly. The sad fact is as stated, far too many people produce children who shouldn't, but do anyway and this is one of the results. It's a huge social problem that needs to be seriously addressed and changed.

    • @goldenagenut
      @goldenagenut 2 ปีที่แล้ว +23

      This is how bad it's become- a friend worked for Social Security, he told me about a case where a couple from thexUS adopted an Asian baby girl who had serious developmental problems, basically had the mind of a child, totally clueless, but as she matured into her teens she was molested by the adopted father and then when caught by the wife, the pos couple just dumped her into Protective Services hands. So what happened? Her FEMALE PS officer drove her down to the local homeless shelter, pulled up to the curve, told her to get out of the car, then told her, " Good luck." and drove off. I'm 100% serious. If the shelter employees hadnt seen her get put out and rushed to help her they said, " She'd have been snatched up, sold for prostitution and be potentially killed within days." They arranged for her to get help, thank God, but thats just one example of how broken the system is currently, something has to be done. Oh, of course the pos parents suffered no punishment or any negative repercussions from their abuse and abandonment of the poor girl. Parents do need to be held accountable for such behavior when so often they're not.

POs are quick to choke out a man for selling loosie cigarettes tough, or passing a fake bill, or being suspected of shoplifting a cigar. Or even a child sitting in the park. They kill those SUSPECTS. But to intervene in an ongoing & known cycle of child abuse? On a guy with existing warrants for that crime!? Not so much. F*cked up world, huh?

    They saved their sister’s life and now all of them should receive therapy, no jail time this was justified, that monster had already been in court for molesting another child and would have kept on violating and molesting children had he NOT been killed, the judicial system needs to be more straight forward with these molestation cases, then they wouldn’t have kids going to such drastic measures by killing the perpetrators, which is what is going to start happening, kids are tired of crying, pleading and bleeding inside, they knew the disappointment that would lie ahead, they knew the challenges and the protection these molesters would get from the courts and they knew some sick family members would try to influence them to drop charges and not say anything, they knew and know all the Bull Sh that would possibly happen in the process of trying to get justice. These rapist, molesters deserve automatic death penalties instead of wasting taxpayers money by housing feeding and caring for these bums over and over again and again, it’s absolutely tragic, because when there out on bail, they commit more rapes and molestations, when they get out they continue to do even worst, what is wrong with our justice system, the automatic death penalty needs to be a mandatory sentence, protect the children NOT the perpetrators 😈

    Killing a rapist is not wrong. Actually it's the right thing to do. Because there's reasons to do other crimes like you can steal for your living, murder/kill someone in self defense, take drugs to feel better but there is no reason for rape. It's a crime that we should not take easily. Just because of your sexual needs, you can't destroy others life. The only punishment for this crime should be death. Because of this type of things, we don't feel safe. We always need to be careful just because of this. We always need to be careful from those monsters even if we did nothing wrong... I really hope that we can live peacefully and we... I really want the end of those monsters.

    • @Sparky-ww5re

      Exactly!! These teens took out the trash because the Justice system has failed to do their jobs. It's even more infuriating that some individuals get a decade or longer for a simple drug possession or stealing a pair of tennis shoes from Walmart, yet murderers and child predators, the lowest of the low in society, often get maybe 5 years max if that, and are eligible for parole in a few years or less for good behavior.
