“All because the US went up the Han River and forced Korea to trade.” I don’t get the context. Can you pls explain Confucian philosophy from the fourth century so I can get the contextualization I need??
@humansolidarity-l4n This is the standard way companies use to get around tariffs. There are entire companies in Taiwan for example that take parts from China, push them through an assembly line that doesn't change them at all, and put a "made in Taiwan" logo on it. Though it might not be profitable for everything, companies/ countries have been using these kinds of methods to get around Tariffs for years. It might sound stupid, but if they ran the numbers and this turned out to be cheaper, they would do it.
he said 2/3 grow in USA so it's just produces. Walmart is the reason many supplies to outsourcing because they keep pushing the price lower. they hired 1 millions store workers but lost 10 millions factory Jobs.

King Bullet-Head? Sounds like a deleted villain from an old MegaMan game. 😂
Pick avocados in Mexico, send to Venezuela, put on a "made in Venezuela" sticker, 0% tariff.
That's the dumbest thing I ever heard, the shipping costs not to mention the carbon output on an already boiling world... stupidity all around

Is that Presler guy a Tim Heidecker character?
Whats off about them is they are disingenuous. They are trying to tag on to the grift and ride the gravy clown car for a few bucks.
They committed a bunch of money to a racial equity center and now they're like syke, nevermind
Idpol is cringe
