Why do all these Motorhome folks pull Jeeps behind these rigs? I see this constantly - what’s the deal behind this? Does Jeep offer a discount for this sort of setup?
Their rig looks overloaded in terms of weight. They do have weight limits plus space is very limited while driving with all its slides are in (that is, the expansion areas).
Be safe, family! Our community of Yuma, Arizona, USA, fills with motorhomes every winter, especially in the Yuma Foothills area. Most people driving these vehicles do not consider motion physics and the load they drive - and with towing a car - even mor dangerous. Please see videos of crashed at 70 mph. Calm down and slow down to no more than 60 mph. And, please do not follow closely or pass semi trucks, especially in bad weather conditions like rain, snow, hail.
Most of the folks I see driving these are respectable, and know what obstacles and limitations they will encounter. The one younger couple was just a bad example, and representative of the community.
I've seen these in Australia. Not as much a part of the culture, but they're here. I live largely in a camper on a much smaller truck. I've been travelling for about 18 months now.
17:01 $500,000 home as described by him in Richmond, VA? I live in Northern VT. I can’t even comprehend a house like that going for under $1.5million, and that’s with a small amount of acreage.
Richmond is pretty poor. Vermont pricing is more akin to Northern Virginia near Washington DC. A small normal mcmansion like that would be 1.2M ish. Btw I went on vacation near Shelbourne. Thought it would be cheap. Had no idea what I got myself into trying to wing it as a road trip. Now I know better and there's "the season". Basically met nothing but New Yorkers. Northern Vemont is basically a NYC burb during the season.
Looks like fun but I would NOT want to own anything like it. Love my simple life and owning more stuff would just stress me out. In particular, these huge liabilities. Glad to see people enjoying life their way. Life is beautiful. Enjoy it everyone.

It's only their future ability to manage, in a world full of people that aren't, Mom & Dad!...🤷🏻♀️..happy trails!
10:30 just realizing now that of all the vehicles I've had, from a beat-up old stick shift Ford truck that was really cool because it didn't need things like ... a working speedometer to a rather nice BMW, or even a friend's even nicer BMW, I've never used a cup holder.
Shows everything off, but when they get to Coachella , CA , and the extension rails needs to be repaired, most don't want to pay for repairs or maintenance. 😅
Funny nobody talking about how has prices directly influences ppl to buy these things, like the regular vehicles back in the day, mpg is a huge factor in buying one, and it's where most of your money is spent on.
What? Surly a bus carries lets say 40 people even in Asia they would weigh 2000kg, In America prob 4000kg is that not the same weight as the additions?

Well said
Some Jeeps can be towed without a lot of extra work such as disconnecting the drive shaft.
Their rig looks overloaded in terms of weight. They do have weight limits plus space is very limited while driving with all its slides are in (that is, the expansion areas).
JR scares me. I wonder how Jennifer really feels about this life.
We in the states call these motorcoaches.....
The Macy's couple should use their two weeks per month to exercise and eat right instead of sitting on their sizeable butts in the motor home.
🤣👏👏👏
I bet they have been thinking about it for a long time, but nay😮
You can tell Jenifer regrets selling her home
Australia is mostly on the coast. We don't really have motor homes like this in Australia. These sort of people go yachting instead.
We do have loads of boats but I see plenty of big rig set ups like this when out and about in NSW and Victoria.
I've seen these in Australia. Not as much a part of the culture, but they're here.
I live largely in a camper on a much smaller truck. I've been travelling for about 18 months now.
No where to go. It's all the same lol.

$500,000 home as described by him in Richmond, VA?
Imagine these are the rich Van life as the rich camper people. I'm a working class camper.
The people I clean for just recently bought one of these massive luxery motor homes. I was blown away when they took me inside to give me the full tour 😮
And how many gallons per mile does this thing burns ?
The new Class As are 8-9 mpg with a tank that holds 160 gallons.
No seatbelts? Moving thru the bus while it's in motion? No vehicle safety measures for the dogs?
Egad clutch your perals
Yawn.
seat belts are more for vehicles that would stop suddenly in a crash.
28:45 did she really say “you don’t have to spend alot to come out here and have fun” when when the guy literally said that small slab of concrete was like 200,000?
As an American, I am repulsed by these behemoths on wheels and the absurd waste of resources required to run these things.
Gee! ...and here's me thinking, that the routine of getting yourself up, going to school, making friends, meeting challenges, mastering your universe, & learning that sometimes, YES, sometimes!, we all have to do things, we don't want to do, & on someone elses schedual, sometimes...but ok! It's only their future ability to manage, in a world full of people that aren't, Mom & Dad!...🤷🏻♀️..happy trails!

Neat documentary.😊
Camping cars? I love the pompous British vernacular...😅😅😅
Richard is looking like a former member of the Gambino family. 😮

10:30 just realizing now that of all the vehicles I've had, from a beat-up old stick shift Ford truck that was really cool because it didn't need things like ... a working speedometer to a rather nice BMW, or even a friend's even nicer BMW, I've never used a cup holder.
48:58 same goes for semi truck / lory drivers deal with ALL Day
Jeez! This is the most American video I have seen in a while 😂
35:20 no electricity but there is a wire and post😅
Shows everything off, but when they get to Coachella , CA , and the extension rails needs to be repaired, most don't want to pay for repairs or maintenance. 😅
"What are they gonna do with no WiFi?" JR, ole son that's what camping is!
12:44 I actually saw a 18 wheeler truck tip over the side with a strong cross wind. It was crazy
You would think Robert would spend a little time cleaning the inside instead if the roof. Especially knowing your going to be on TV
At least he is not faking it like others.
great point !!!
This is really cool ❤
Trusting my bets more at 4RBT now that Finch is in the squad. Feels like batting with a safety net!
Funny nobody talking about how has prices directly influences ppl to buy these things, like the regular vehicles back in the day, mpg is a huge factor in buying one, and it's where most of your money is spent on.
Seeing all those totally unnecessary inclusions into poor bus's frame, makes me feel sad for truck's suspension
What?
Surly a bus carries lets say 40 people even in Asia they would weigh 2000kg, In America prob 4000kg is that not the same weight as the additions?
Well said
In Georgia you can use them and show them, it's open carry in Georgia
Whoever was talking didn't really know what was going on. They kept calling money euros and 2 million seemed to be the main number they had written down or something so I'm not surprised they just said some nonsense for that
51:35 buddy pissed 😂
Can’t believe in the US you can drive these motor homes on a car license. In Australia it would be a Medium or even Heavy Rigid license.
Thanks 🙏👍 for your friendship ❤️❤️❤️🙏
It doesn't look like my idea of fun, atleast not all the time. Those kids must miss having other classmates
I live in Lake Havasu City Arizona can’t wait for beach front property
Didn’t spot any RV owner that isn’t overweight 😂
We are hustlers it’s why America is soo great
I LOVE THE CONTENT THANKS TO THE INNOVATORS!!
The amount of money the Macy’s guy and his wife spend on nicknacks and unnecessary things. lol. The walls and everywhere is covered
6:25 i’m pretty sure Macy’s is not a grocery store here in the United States. Pretty sure it’s a department store.
Different Macy's. It's a grocery store not the department store chain that has the Thanksgiving parade in NYC
Every time Finch talks cricket on 4ra, you bet I'm listening and betting right after!
Thank youတိုးတက်အောင်မြင်ပါစေဗျ
I trust 4ra more now, Finch is a big cricket star makes the platform feel safe.
Anyone carried on like JR did over something so little in front of my daughter and I'd send him packing.
@ENDEVRDocs, you might provide your narrator with facts to report on.
The retirement dream is dying. Layoffs, Lots without a good paying job. Bills up to the ceiling. Retirement accounts emptied, food prices on the rise, unaffordable housing. This may never come true for many.
I wonder how Jennifer and JR sold their home and sacrified their kid's schooling for their own ambition of travelling! Very selfish dicision I must say.
Yeah must be so ”cool” not to have any permament friends your own age
Well if you saw how he acted over the lack of wifi, it's no wonder how that situation probably played out
The maturity and value those kids will attain with this lifestyle choice. Is worth 100 times more than the average suburban childhood experience.
How could you spend $2mil+ on a luxury rv? That's never going to go up in value like a home+property would..
I bet 10 years later it won't even be worth half that much.
I agree. They made their kids lose all their friends, which I don't think is very cool at all.
Even when we lose on 4ra, it's okay, Finch makes it fun and we try again.
Watching IPL on 4ra makes it more exciting. Bonuses make it better.
found myself living in an r.v. park for about 3 years. never gave any thought to the "drama" involved in 'retirement" living at that age AND that stage. VERY surprising as i felt like i was back in high school!!!
