My thoughts exactly brother I really do hope they re-release this in theaters, there was nothing quite like watching it on the big screen and with big sound.
@raiden1766 Calling a fellow Warboy mediocre is just about the worst thing you can say to them. unless used by Joe himself to dishonor you and shame you for eternity, it's like the N-word to them. It wouldn't pass as playful banter to them as well as you'd think.
The best part about this is the synergy between Furiousa and her crew. The door swing with her Lt would have been done so many times for them to be on the same brain wave to get it that clean, the way all of them know her movements and how to operate, reflected in Furiosa, the film, War Rig crews are like a family, always operating together to understand and not just acting on their own, a great detail which sucks later when they find out she betrayed them
I don't think Nicholas Hoult (Nux here, the driver and the one who turned good) gets the credit he deserves. Bro went from the chubby kid in "About a boy" with Hugh Grant to a zombie in Warm Bodies, to Beast in the X-Men reboots to Nux here, to John Arbuckle... Noice.
My theory as to why the Buzzards speak Russian: It's simply a trademark or gimmick, just like the Humungus and his gang wear such strange outfits, or the War Boys are all painted white and have bald heads. Speaking a different, non-native language is much more "normal" than 75% of the outfits in the Mad Max series. Perhaps as a homage to a Russian attack in World War 3, to symbolize that they only come to destroy. By the way, in the Russian version they speak German, which would make more sense for the "ancestry theory" that many always cite.
To be fair, the Buzzards might as well be either stranded Russian soldiers or refugees (since the world was at a complete turmoil). And they were made made to speak Russian to make them stand out (in addition to spiky cars). But in the Russian localisation this trick would not be working so well since both the main heroes and the Buzzards would be speaking the same language. That's why they were made to speak a language that is not Russian (German).
@@БабайАлибабаев At the same time, one could speculate whether Russian was the official language in many other countries in the Mad Max universe, for example in Central and Western Europe or in East Asia, since Russia may have conquered most of these countries.
The buzzard clan are featured in the game that was released, taking place in this version of Max's tale (though the video game came BEFORE this movie). They attack at night, and you have to steal your first car body from their lair while they're on a night-hunt. The war rig was probably too good of a score to miss, in terms of the Buzzards going after it, here.
Agree. The War Rig was a very nice trophy to capture. And they were very close to success if not for the Immortan Joe's armada. When Nux (accidentally) helped to bring down the excavator truck and save the War Rig.
It's a shame the Buzzards didn't appear in Furiosa. They were really spooky in the 2015 game and the film did introduce Chumbucket and Scrotus that also were in the game.
I still remember when Home Depot and Lowes were sold out of spray edible chrome....this movie set many bars!! Who doeant wanna be a driver...who doesnt wanna go top speed, who doesnt wanna die on the fury road
I love the entire franchise. It got me into my current occupation. A mechanic. Im hard of hearing though so what is it that Max says during these scenes? I cant make it out
After watching Furiosa, I wondered “why wouldn’t they use scavenger arms or the buddyknocker again?” Then it hit me, just as with everything else, technology is also scarce, it’s likely they couldn’t redo them, cause they didn’t have enough resources for them.
In a land where it’s probably better to get around relatively unseen, a war rig riding through your territory, blasting its horn like “we seeeeee you” would make me shit a brick
Man, I wish I could watch this movie again for the first time
WITNESS
I witnessed it back then.
Maybe when you are like 90 and have dementia and can't remember your own name you can witness this movie again and again until you enter Valhalla.
My thoughts exactly brother
I really do hope they re-release this in theaters, there was nothing quite like watching it on the big screen and with big sound.
The truck horn at 1:54 is electric, gives me a shot of adrenaline
Goosebumps every time.
gotta love war horns for adrenaline shoots
One truck in gta has the same horn
@@NukaChloe76 i drive a war rig mod and just raming the cars out of the way
Yeh if I saw that behind me id run 😂
That part never gets old..."READY!!" And the most bad ass door swing and series of explosions lol
The truck horn like a war horn rallying troops always gets me
I love the lieutenant's grenade launcher too, it fits his character so well
Slit (the warboy with scars on his cheeks) was always trying to tear people down. Doubting Nux, then calling that awesome death mediocre. What a jerk.
Man was just a born hater lol
He wasn't calling the death mediocre, the fact that he stole his kill mediocre.
@@Troop3r666That kill belonged to Morsov, if anything Slit was trying to steal it. That jerk
@@Troop3r666 Slit is desperate for his spot in Valhalla, it's why he tried stealing Morsov's kill and why he tried driving the car solo.

Furiosa is good, but the raw kinetic energy of the Fury Road car scenes is still unmatched.
The action sequences are unparalleled. I felt exhausted after each chapter
Have you seen John Wick 4?
3:19
That moment when the Buzzard excavator blasted through the wrecks, you knew it was on.
Fact: the base is a MAN KAT 1 6x6.
nice, didn't know,, love the MAN trucks. Just found out the war rig tractor unit was a Tatra 6x6 and the doof wagon was a MAN 8x8!
i still replay the Mad Max game like once every 2years or so...no business being that good
Lmao when I saw this movie in theaters on a date I was more invested in the movie than.the date 😂
Lol when she's frantically trying to blow you and you're like "How can you WITNESS with your face in my lap?!"

I want to see more of them buzzards, there's something really cool about these guys
Spoilers, I was hoping to see them in Furiosa but nope. Still loved it though.
The Mad Max game actually has a fair bit of Buzzards stuff in it.
I played the 2015 game before seeing Furiosa and damn was disappointed to not see them there.
Noice.
And now he’s playing as Lex Luthor in James Gunn’s DC Universe.
He’s also Tsar Peter II in “The Great”, which is one of his most hilarious roles
that sound effect was fcking satisfying, whoever maked that sound, props to you
Mr.Morsov, I witnessed it and can tell - it was not mediocre. You are probably now in Valhalla!
Lol
nah if i’m running up on a convoy and this medevil torture device of a semi is sounding it’s horn i’m dipping
That is why you would make a lousy raider.

They are decedents from the Russian navy that crashed on Australia
