    Every woman should watch
    Summary:
    You don’t have to choose longevity; you can choose health, happiness, vibrancy, good relationships (with food and human relationships), and like to be a certain way.
    Step 1: Sleep, Food and Exercise
    Step 2: Test to find deficiencies (blood tests, imaging like MRI)
    Step 3: Address those deficiencies and try to enhance.
    The basics are the same for both Men and Women. Look after your health; longevity follows itself.
