I was a bartender at a fantastic gastropub called Oliver's Astoria, just down the road from Long Island City Beer Project. I vividly remember when we first put Ardent Core on tap sevenish years ago. It absolutely blew my mind. I've been a Belgian and German kind of guy for the last decade, so LICBP's approach is right in my wheelhouse. love that place!!
