Initially everyone entering the expressway should be told about the correct lane to drive in as well as speed limits. Most people don't respect lanes and speeds. Time has come to start driving with discipline in India.
Btw it's very easy to solve this problem. Authorities just need to start vigilance and levy fines on wrong lane driving and overspeeding. Even small amount fines would have a larger impact. Everything is digitalised in today's era so it won't be a big problem to install cctvs and speed cameras on such a hug expressway.

Toll plazas should have roof top solar panels. This would save huge on toll plaza maintenance and running cost. In fact dono medians ke beech ki chodi hui jagah bhi solar plant ke liye use ho sakti hain.
