Very important topic of physical flexibility in old age. I am 74 and an enthusiastic for keeping myself flexible. I have found that various forms of stretching exercises are good but swimming for about 45 minutes a day is best. Those who do it should also learn the hydro therapy technique.

Thank you for your kind comments. Many women these days are facing this dilemma. Some have dysfunctional husbands, due to addictions or mental instability. Some are just good-for-nothing burden on earth. Such a husband is useless for wife, but still useful for children to know they have a father worth the name.

أپ نے جو الفاظ انگریزی زبان کے استعمال کئے ہیں وہ تو بلکل سمجھ نہیں أئے۔ أپ کی اردو تو بہت اچھی ہے ۔اگر خالص اردو٫ملاعٹ سے پاک ہو تو اور بھی زیادہ لگوں کو سمجھ أ جائے گے۔ جزاک اللہ

میری والدہ اردو فارسی کی پروفیسر تھیں ، پرنسیپل ریٹائر ہویٗں،اور متعددنثر و شاعری کی کتب کی مصنّفہ تھیں۔
مجھے اردو ترکہ میں ملی،
مگر بہت سے الفاظ اردو میں ہیں ہی نہی
کیوں کہ ہماری تہذہب میں یہ خیالات ہیں ہی نہیں
انگلش میں ایک لفظ ہے ہارمونی یہ ان کی موسیقی میں بھی ہے ہماری موسیقی میں ہارمونی نہیں صرف میلوڈی ہے
میں بور ہو رہا ہوں
اس کا اردو کیا ہے؟
ریلوے سٹیشن ساٗٗیکل، کار، انجن، پٹرول، راکٹ ، ٹی وی، وڈیو،کیمرہ، مائک، وی لاگ،۔۔۔۔۔۔
اس لیے میری مجبوری ہے۔ سامعین سے درخواست ہے کی انگریزی الفاظ کے معانی دریافت کر کے انہیں اپنی ذہنی لغت کو وسیع کرنے کے کام لائیں
