Hello po, for me importance and benefits ng western music is their influence in what music we have today...ung mga sonatas, concertos and symphonies jan galing sa western times na up to this time is gngmit pa ntin..like for example the music of Mozart na very helpful sa development ng mga babies...the classical music of western times are still use for relaxation and for formal events po...ung mga operas that we have pdin came from western era..their influences are overflowing and it is unwavering.
