Save the bread heels in the freezer to make croutons for future salads. Oatmeal is always a good filling breakfast choice and adding a little bit of fruit just makes it healthier and better tasting.
My Dollar Tree has a rack near the registers and discounted "short dated" items are placed there. To my surprise I found buns and bread there. I stored the bread in my freezer and used the bread for toast! It was only 25 cents! Keep your eyes open. There may he a rack in your store too!
Great video I really enjoy watching your videos. I’m glad you added the calorie count. A lot of people do these types of videos and don’t include it. I think it’s an important part of this because if people are really in this situation they might be able to do a day or two a week on 1100 calories but not a whole week. Thanks for breaking it down for us!!
