I have just concluded an interview as an HCA with NHS in one of the Trust and have been given a conditional employment offer letter after a wonderful interview where the panel confessed that they haven't had a beautiful and exciting candidate like me to be interviewed and they really need me as an asset. After fulfilling and completing all necessary New Starter documents online and hoping to meet them for my ID checks, i was called that they could not sponsor me because of the COS issue which we discussed extensively during the interview and that their trust doesn't sponsor Band 2 HCA. It's so devastating to me. So which of the trust can sponsor please. I am currently in the UK but my company license has just been revoked. Please I need an advise

Note that I received that at once.but the issue is that I got a high taxes above 1000 GBP .so I asked the company reason why? They said because I don't have national insurance number yet? Please how to contact to national uk insurance agency? And please it is anything I can do about this situation?

No. Each NHS Trust operates autonomously. You can apply for NHS roles in Scotland and having NHS experience will give you an edge
