Every time i bake translucent, it always comes up with these spots inside the clay that werent there before i baked it. How do i prevent these spots or mooning?

I’m really wanting to make my own rings and finger splints but want them proper blinged out. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊💎💎💎
Nail polish has chemicals in it that react with polymer clay and kind of dissolve it, making it sticky to touch over time (you can research on Google for more info). Anyone wanting to bling their creations, it's best to just cover them in glitter or a powdered pigment and then glaze over top :)
Creative Rachy it’s not regular nail polish that we meant. It’s a UV gel for nails that lasts much longer and has a completely different chemical base to regular polish. I have just seen Cindy, The PolymerClay Tutor has done a Madam Glam tutorial for this and yes it does work. (Well, if she used correctly it would, bless her, she’s new to gel☺️) Thank you so much for replying though. I think that I might actually order some now and have a try. 💎💞💎

I use air dry clay for all of the charms and glaze them with clear dry glue (i don't have an oven). It actually turns out pretty good. 😃😃😃😃

Whenever I try to blend something onto another part, it completely squishes and ruins the shape.. what am I doing wrong? You make it look so easy
ProfessorKelly Same thing I'm trying to improve on. I find holding the clay really lightly and having harder clay helps a little bit
