Lived in Nashville for over 10 years...I miss it so much!! It is the best city in the world! I met a ton of stars and we treat them like ordinary people. Garth would come in and get his 6 pack of beer, Tanya would come in and get her smokes, etc. Super happy to see Miranda out and about doing interviews again!!

I think a lot of people wouldn't believe this, but when I was 11/12, I did a magazine together with my friends and it was called "Animal Girl Magazine". Basically I was watching The Voice a lot then and because of Blake I got to know who Miranda was and I became a fan. Was my dream to interview her, but how is it possible when i'm miles away in another country? (i live in Malaysia.) So i decided to send an email to her organization for dogs. About a month or so, her mom emailed back with answers for the interview and she actually called Miranda to do the interview! (the domain of the email was Miranda's website !!) no words can ever express how nice both she and her mom was. It was an insane experience for me bc it's MIRANDA LAMBERT! I still love her, I'm 16 this year and I'll forever be grateful to her for giving a small town girl the opportunity of a lifetime. I still have the email and I wonder if she'll remember when I meet her one day. :)
I have a lot of friends that live in Nashville, they say they see Miranda out and about a lot and everyone just leaves her alone. I think that's so respectful. Nashville is such a cool place to live. I'm glad she's doing interviews again.

I once met Miranda up here in Mich. at a Local estab. after she had played w/Toby Keith that nite. And i thought it was her, but wasnt 100% sure Cuz she seemed kinda plain janed looking. I told my buddy I'd be right back as we were both belly up'd at the bar. And walked over as she was getting ready to order a drink. I said, excuse this is gonna sound real stupid. i said, You sorta look like Miranda Lambert? She said really:) I said what's Ur name darling? She of course said, Miranda! I felt like such a tool, Cuz i was So embarassed:) But she let me buy her a Beer & we chit chatted for a little. And i gotta tell you, She couldn't have been more down to earth & sweet to me!
