One question I'm thinking about asking in my interview is: "What do you find new grads on your unit struggle with the most, and what advice might you give to new grads starting on your unit?" Do you think that is a good/appropriate question to ask?
The questions about the patient-RN ratio, expectations, and orientation were in my interview. The only question I didn't do well was the example of working above and beyond others." Can you also make a video about the good and bad signs of getting the offer or not?
Today I have an interview for the apposition of nursing aid and iam RNurse can I say if hire me as Nurse aid and see iam knowledgeable will you Allaw me to become R Nurse in your ORG
What about something like: "Are there any issues your staff are currently facing on the unit and if so how is management responding to them?" That way we could understand if the unit advocates for their nurses and resolves problems?
