Fear is an evolutionary advantage and is very real. What might not be real is the object of the fear, but that is what fear is for, to predict and potentially dodge ugly situations. I hate this kind of overly optimistic talk that's just empty words.
I guess "Feel the fear and do it anyway" is a better message rather than telling someone what they should feel or not to feel. Feeling of fear is real but fear itself is just trying to protect us from getting any harm in further. So feeling is real but the danger is a false alarm most likely. That's why it is okay to do it anyway regardless of feeling immense amount of fear. Everyone needs to look at their own situation and decide it for themselves though, there is no one cure to everything.

I have anxiety disorder. I've worked through it (and it has required a lot of work, like anything if you want to reach a breakthrough) and would have done so much earlier, had I known what it was, and not anything to do with my intelligence. Listen to Uzo and listen to me: go for whatever it is. I'm now doing what people who didn't understand me and what I go through tried to tell me I couldn't do. And there will always be people who don't get it and refuse to listen. Screw them. I can now read, write or speak in about 15 languages and am working on a degree in architecture, taking all the math requirements and maintaining an honors GPA.
"The sky is blue" was such a brilliant moment for Suzanne, her way of looking at things is lovely, when she's not going crazy obvs... loved it!

I saw her on Broadway in the revival of Godspell at Circle in the Square. She has an amazing voice and is a really nice person.

She is so convincing as Suzanne, and this does not reflect AT ALL her real-life persona. Emmy awards so rightly deserved. But can I say, as I'm only on episode 2, not happy about the spoilers inherent in that clip: so the black group somehow got into Freida's bunker, Suzanne presumably busted out of Medical, and Black Cindy is wearing a guard's uniform? WTF Colbert.
I don't think Colbert gets to choose the clips? I would guess that each show decides what clip to promote with. I hate spoilers too, but I don't think this gave that much away. Sure, it's farther into the season, but out of context, it doesn't really provide enough information to allow for any major plot assumptions.

Saddened to see once again that Stephen is putting his life on the line in a one-on-one interview with a wild animal whilst no animal control experts are visibly present. I cannot believe the producers allow this to continue - Stephen is a national treasure and his endangerment jeopardizes the political voice of a generation.
