Loved the way you used the glass pan lid, is it used to adjust the inlet air when the door is closed or for seeing inside the firebox only?

Hello, there is a tube at the top of the bottle that is always open
the water tank is not pressurize and it is open to atmosphere, so it doesn't require PSV.

Don't Take the safety valve comment seriosly. The water tank is on atmosferic pressure, so as long it is not closet to atmosphere it is ok.
