Charles Barkley is a national treasure.
Talk about a person who became humble with age. When playing, Barkley wasnt very likable. Now, the dude could run for president and actually get some votes. Definitely a national treasure!

Idk Paul Bisonnette, but I could listen to him all day. I was a huge hockey fan in the 90's. Go Wings! Listening to him makes me want to get into hockey again.

I know this comment is meant to be lighthearted but for real up until TNT started doing hockey nhl was getting zero promotion/fan engagement of players and was a joke and made the sport and players look boring. I'm not saying this is going to get them anywhere near the level the nba is but when you are starting at zero anything is positive and biz has been a great promoter of the sport.

Love the Steam Room Podcast and All the TNT Cast has been the best NBA/Entertainment Show with the best personalities and people in the world. Barkley and Ernie having this Podcast is amazing. You can tell all these guys love each other and are friends and that's TV.

For those not into the hockey world, biz is the Barkley equivalent for the NHL. Not so much in playing career but in broadcasting.
Charles Barkley is regularly listed among the top 25-50 NBA players *of all time.* Paul Bisonette wasn't one of the Top 25 *active* players at any point in his career....
What an incredibly wrong comment. Barkley won an MVP and is Hall of Fame ... he was an incredible player.

I think Americans need to see a Stanley cup parade in a Canadian city to truly grasp how diehard hockey fans are.
The original 6 cities like NewYork, Chicago and Boston are just as hardcore and they all experienced parades.

TNT is a garbage program for hockey, way to forced, it's more shine than substance. But Biz is a good personality to have involved in the game.

Only people from Ontario think that Toronto is beloved across Canada. They are actually the most hated team across Canada. Montréal Canadiens are actually Canada’s favourite team. 24 Stanley cups and the last Canadian team to actually win the cup. Not to mention that hockey was invented in Montreal go, Habs, go!
Anyone who isn't a Leafs fan hates the Leafs, but thats kinda similar to the Yankees. What he meant by his comment is that there are Leafs fans all across Canada and the world. He didn't literally mean all 40 million Canadians like the Leafs. His comparison to the Cowboys and Yankees are very accurate.
Leafs and Habs are the two most hated Canadian team for sure. Montréal Canadiens wasn’t Canada’s team only because they were Francophones. Couldn’t play on the team if you weren’t French. Team that everyone hated because they hated everyone else. Separatism is only recently calm down.
