I would like to note that this is not what Slovak folk dance from the region of Horehronie looks like. It might have been inspired by Slovak dances but it is too bold to claim it is the actual dance from a specific region of Slovakia.

Cardas, as far as I know, is never danced in circles, but always in couples.

Sorry but the Csardas is a Hungarian dance. It's name meen Tavern dance.
The origin sure, but that doesn't mean that in other regions there were no variations.
