Minor Correction: You can stash guns in your backpack. I believe the gun slot on a backpack is to allow you to pick up a gun that is too big for your backpack and still store it outside of your bag.
There isn't but a trick I have found is if you are back at base and either hungry, Thirsty, injured etc. Just disconnect and re join ( As long as you do it in base, not outside of base ) It will then just fix and refill everything
Loadout: AR with variable zoom scope. 2-3 Frag grenades. I toss one into buildings before entering to clear or suppress AI. IFAK with bandages and Tourniquet. You can carry the two slot IFAKs in a pocket which is one slot. Some pain pills-In pocket Splint- In pocket 4-5 Spare mags with plate carrier helmet optional Goggles, sunglasses and earmuffs to me are cosmetic Small assault pack- One MRE, water bottles and another tourniquet. I also add the surgical kit and IV blood if its a heavy mission Silencer the Glock. You may be able to mag dump a AI or two inside without AI hearing the shots from outside the buildings. Use the variable zoom of scope to scout objective before entering. Keep in mind if you drop enemy AI with headshots, the other tango's will be alerted. Pick a path into objective with cover and shadows. Typically trees and not across the rice paddies' Toss frag into entryway If any open doors into room, toss frag into connecting rooms Clear with pieing corners. Personally, I close the front door to building so no outside AI come into room or building behind me. I also close door if I am changing mags, (good to tac reload and top off before leaving rooms) or while conducting medical task. For example, you said pain killers for dizziness. If it's the wrong thing will it just not apply or will it be wasted? Thanks again.
So basically bandages will stop bleeding, there are other varients you will find which will do the same thing like CTs do it faster, blood packs are for restoring your overal health if you loose a lot of blood. Splints will repair broken bones. The blue pills I to stop the pain effect making your character normally make some kinda noise.The surgery kits are for organ damage, for example you stop the bleeding by maybe your lungs are marked yellow or red still.
i was having bad lag last night playing i put this game on at 7pm uk time , didn't get off the game till after 2am felt like 2 hours i was on it this game is something else, but learning KBM to play it im such a noob , got 4 mission's done ill take it 4 a 1st attempt.
Yeah I was using it first few days but now actually cap fps as 60 and use FSR without frame gen and have native resolution. I then use a program called Lossless scaling from steam to use a better frame gen which gives a lot less input and doubles my frames

@gaza.primera not really, depends on the actual system you are using. For example my CPU is older than my GPU and I don’t use all my GPU usage, actually around 65 to 70% tops while recording and streaming. Using dlss quality, balanced hardly makes a difference in fps and really only just ads some blur to the image

Yeah so when you have it enabled and you are in game, pressing Z will open your mic and you can talk to people
