It was their first encore (17th song), and they wore their "merch" T-shirt. Bands in Japan often do that when they perform their encores. However, I have no idea if this act actually tempts the audience to buy their t-shirts.
In Japan esp in the smaller venues, the band or members of the band, come out and interact with the fans. A meet & greet, but at the end of a show, and they tend to be by the merch stall, and are happy to sign anything you buy. You'll some times see it when Japanese bands come overseas. So the wearing of t-shirts on the encores, shows off the current merch, it's also a sign that the band will be out after the show. Also the performances tend to end around 9-9:30 pm, so there is plenty of time to do it.

It's a shame that now as the bass player of "Sabre Tiger", he only plays simple lines, but that's how the bass fits perfectly into their songs.

Regarding the t-shirts, that's a common thing with Japanese bands when the encore starts they come out wearing them as a ways to promote and hopefully sell those and other kinds of merchandise that the band(s) bring to these lives shows. Sometimes, though not as common, they can change outfits for the encore, in Light Bringer's case this happened for example in one of their 2012 live shows, where Fuki completely changes her outfit and not just wear a shirt over the dress she was wearing. Great job on the names but remember Hibiki is a guy 👍
