I found your channel 3 years ago and I’m so grateful! I had a lot of chronic pain that often led to migraines, as a result of trauma. Once I learned how trauma dysregulates the nervous system, I decided to try kundalini yoga. I have not had a migraine since I began practicing 3 years ago! It’s provided many other benefits as well. Thank you for all that you do 🙏
Would you consider creating a tier excluding live content and just giving access to pre-recorded videos for those with a smaller budget? If it’s right for you, of course.
