New 2023 integra great platform, and most Acura dealers are forced to sell at MSRP.
This would be a fun one to watch get built up.
For me WRX's main advantage over the Elantra N is still its handling and AWD. Superior on curves and in inclement weather
It’s a huge factor. That’s where the wrx’s money is at, instead of the interior
I own a 2022 WRX, and it has been great. My only gripe is that I wish they would have put front and rear locking diffs on the car. The grip can sometimes feel very vague. The Cars' open differentials are definitely noticeable when trying to power out of a turn.

I own a 22 Wrx. But the Elantra N. Is very very well made. The steering is futuristic.

I have driven a GT WRX. You're right. There is nothing wrong with it. Great car, but it is a CVT not a DCT. Not as good. I still went with a Limited manual.

That ETS J pipe uses a GESI cat which flows way better than stock and still makes a ton of power. No point in going catless and dealing with trying to fix a raspy exhaust after all for some flames but to each their own.
BRZ would be a cool second shop car.

The elantra will make for a good car to make parts for. Yes it's fwd but it handles pretty well based on numerous reviews. I think in california you can't go wrong with either car
I would worry about the Elantra engine!!
I owned a Hyundai before the WRX and had a shit load of clunking sounds coming from the dct that Hyundai could never fix.

@Gffted if you're just sitting in traffic all day, I wouldn't get a gas guzzler like the wrx. Might as well get a prius.

Whats your goal? Theyre all solid options. Civic and WRX will have a much greater aftermarket while the EN is the best package stock. I had a base 22' WRX but now have a 22 Miata RF. WRX is fantastic and I'll likely get into the platform again if Subaru updates the chassis (facelift, performance packages, etc)
Had the Civic and the aftermarket performance potential is poor due to the engine limitations. WRX has more room to grow and AWD.
Once you drive AWD, you'll never ever go back

2022 civic si, GTI, or Elantra N. Whatever you can get a good price on.

If the auto was dct a lot more people would choose that. A cvt on a sports car is questionable at best

I have the premium, I’m a simple guy so I’m not too into the electronic seats ect. same for interior. I really think the Premium is a good value
