Ultimate: -play dominantly on your area, it is YOUR world. dont kneel on a random corner and wait for a godgiven kill, actively hunt down your enemis inside the ult. -you dont need to be inside the ult at all times, give your tactic a little spin by sneaking out of it in a safe place to confuse your enemies. -dont play close to the spike, instead, throw your acid molly on it to avoid defuses. -NEVER GIVE YOUR BACK TO THE ENTRANCES OF THE SmoKE. i cant count how many times i killed vipers who where looking at the other side. -make sure you always have two solid walls around your ult smoke so you cant give that your back to. -shift walk inside your smoke ult so noone has any idea where you are. -after killing someone, quickly change positions so the enemy's intel is false. -NEVER engage multiple enemies at the same time in your smoke. bait them to separate then pick them off one by one. -it's okay to play safe and avoid contact as long as you actively stall the the enemy team's defuse. winning is more important than fragging. -its actually a good strategy to ult on retakes. it gives you a neat advantage. Poison Smoke: -One ways if you're aim is good, or you just wanna get some intel. -use it as a "mini-ult" and hide in it, when defending, don't make sound and wait for the enemy to pass you so you can flank them. -use it when planting or defusing the spike to give you some half-cover. -if you want to quickly ult onsite but the positioning is too open. pop your smoke get in it, then, ult there. its great half cover. -pick it up when you are done using it, your economy is going to thank you. it's 200 you won't have to spend again. Poison Wall: -it's primary use its to block vision. -use it to separate sites in 2 so you can minimize you and yours team's encounters. -use it to block defenders vision when attacking so you can get closer to them without them seeing you. -its great to get a fast plant on site. Acid Molly: -use it to prevent rushes and defuses. -when attacking places like hukha on bind or C long on haven, use it to clear angles. -if the enemy is stubborn and aggressive pop one of these on them and spray you will get some good damage on them and maybe a kill, also it will give time for your teamates to rotate. i hope this helps.
QOTD: I’m already a sage player so I fill the “sage” gap on the team, so I really don’t have a favorite composition I don’t force temamates to play an agent they’re not familiar with. I’d rather have 4 good duelists than 1 bad sentinel or controller .
I hate it when people force you to play someone you hate. Thankfully, I already play Sage and Cypher so most people won't force me to play someone else.
You should know how to play multiple agents. Don’t play competitive mode if you don’t want the best for the team or if you aren’t versatile. It’s annoying at high elo to not have smokes cuz everyone instant locks duelist. If this bothers you stay in low elo or something lmfao

I dont want to discourage anyone from playing the game, or reaching goals in comp, but learn to be somewhat versatile. And im not saying you wont succeed by instalocking its possible if you can hard carry or for many other reasons but its just another controlled variable that may increase a positive outcome to the game yes sage insta lock is better than instalocking all duelist but there are many team comps that work just fine without her and maybe even better. Depends on the player, map, teammates, and the agents everyone chose to play with.
I mean, thats me if i im not warmed up. Just hop on Shooting Range, practice tracking and flicking for 3-5 minutes, and youre good to go (unless your teamnates suck, then you'l lose surely).

QOTD:Cypher,Sage,Omen,Breach and Killjoy. I get Breach isn't exactly meta right now,but I feel is the best agent to help get onto a site. His flash lasts twice as long as Phoenix,his Aftershock is great for displacement for a quick pick on an aggressive camper and his ultimate is arguably the best way to clear out a site or area to take. I find Omen more flexible than Brim as he is able to play both very aggressively and passively. He has the potential to be very unpredictable and a very huge threat if not paid attention too. A rechargeable smoke is also a huge bonus The 3 sentinels really speak for themselves,don't they?
My favorite team composition is Cypher, Raze, Omen/Brimstone, Reyna, and Sage. 2 Duelists are great for pushing sites on attacking side, with a sage for support. Cypher can gain intel, and any smokes such as Brimstone or Omen can negate power angles such as heaven in bind or split.
I just want to say, with Hunter's Fury, you can jump and float to hit a better angle. For example in A Split, they're camping corner near entrance on site, you can ult, jump and keep a straight line on anybody who might not be at corner
QOTD: Killjoy, or cypher, sage, Phoenix, Sova, and omen, or brimstone. Sage is to slow down pushes, and heal any hurt. Phoenix is for entry fragging, with the use of his wall, and flashes. His hot hands can be used to be healed or for area denial. I chose Phoenix because he can heal himself at any given time or place, but with Reyna you have to stay at the battlefield, and kill someone. Sova for info. What he gathers is priceless in most games. Killjoy or cypher to lockdown a site, and gain info. Brimstone or omen for smoking. Omen can double as a duelist with his flash and teleport, and brimstone has a very powerful area denial ability.
Cypher kill joy brim Phoenix Reyna. Reason: double sentinel is due to most maps having 2 sites with the exception of haven which is quick on rotate kill joy is able to put her util on multiple sites while cypher can stack util on 1 site brim can be used for multi site smoking faking and multiple other uses which I won’t get into with this comp there is already Phoenix and Reyna both are self sufficient and have 2 flashes each when can act in combo
QOTD:I would say Reyna,Jett,Breach,Sova and killjoy the way this works is to create room for jett to damage and Reyna to kill so reyna gets her benefits so a recon bolt and then breach flashes alarm botting choke points will give room for an after shock or shock bolt this comp is heavily relied on the initiators getting information and debuffing so that the duellists can entry frag or clean up

I personally just use the omen ult to create paranoia, I just cancel it once I give them the illusion that I am teleporting preferably somewhere behind them and then me and my team strike from the front, it usually works for a few rounds before they catch on after which I have to wait a bit lol
QOTD: Brimstone, Cypher and Sova are core in my opinion. The other 2 are map dependant, but if I were to decide on a team for all maps I would say add Jett and phoenix.
For Viper: Don't cover the bomb, it'll block line of sight for your teammates. Instead, pick a entrance into the sight or two and block them off leaving the other openings for your teammates to hold.
QOTD : Sage (way too strong), Breach (same. Those two are absolute pick up for any comp team), Viper (i really think she's now REALLY overpowerfull in both defense and offense, not on all map tho, but still) then 2 smoker/flasher (Reyna/phoenix and or jett, brimstone, Omen..etc)
one thing i find with new omens is that they think they are super smart for going in the enemies spawn. i use it for info and i dont tele to obvious sopts
Killjoy's ult should take effect on teammates as well as other agent's ultimate, i feel like it's too much punishing for lower risk at the end of the user's team, it should atleast be balanced so that it benefits killjoy the most
When I use omens ult i use it at the other teams spawn so then they can get confused on how they died and I use pheonix ult to get information on where the enemy’s are

Something I picked up: If you’re at full shield full health with Phoenix and you Ult, you go down to 100hp no shield.
