for the swimmer bag to make it into a backpack, you attack one clasp to the bottom corner, and the feed the strap through the top metal loop, and then clasp it on the other bottom side to make it a backpack!! :)
I'm not sure if this will work, but sometimes backpack bags like the Swimmer one are meant to use one strap. You connect one side to the bottom, loop the strap through the top, and secure on the other side. Try it if you like and see if it will work this way.

I don’t get much from there, and a registered small package can be shipped over for around £7 usually, for like a small dress or top. It takes around 12 days to arrive, but it’s not failed me yet. I got a coat over for £12 shipping since it was still registered as a small package, despite arriving in a large box
