Nah, if you know the meta, you know that you have to build your deck around those type of combos... play hand ttaps, board breakers... I prefer that, over 2000 Yata lock, or Teledad...

Hey, I was the guy in the second game and as you can see I am still new and misplayed a lot. So if any of you guys can give some advice I'd really appreciate it. It was really cool to see you Sam at my locals, and next time we go against each other I hope to at least take one game.

The only issue I saw from game two that I made a lot of mistakes myself was that you sent red reign to the graveyard but when you synchro summoned, you didn't add back red reign to hand. Red Reign last effect- If a dark dragon monster is synchro summoned while this card is in your graveyard; you can add back Red Reign to your hand. Also red reign allows you to blow up the field except the monster with the highest level on the field leaving that monster unaffected except by its own effect. You could have blown up the field before he could have summoned out any of his Yubel Monsters leaving him potentially with no play. Most importantly you have to keep testing your deck over and over and you will pick up on your own mistakes. You definitely played great sometimes your opponents have the outs to everything so keep up g 😊 and don't give up.
Add a micro centurion engine, 1 field spell, 1 emblema quickplay, 1 primera, 1 trudea, 1 auxila, 1 legatia, 1 crimson dragon. In game 1 you could do bane + lv2 resobator to make auxila, pick up centurion field spell and do the entire combo for 1 discard which will end in 1 trap interact (phalanx) and 1 crimson dragon summon (blazar or supernova or any synchro u want with a matching level) Assault mode activate is a brick, so is RDA/Assault mode.

Honestly that’s why i took a break from master duel and haven’t done locals the decks I play are good but they mostly pure little to no meta so MD was Platinum 3x then Floo and Despia came out and it was all down hill now I’m just casual with the bros avoiding 10 negate boards

It’s because not everyone in the world has the money to play yugioh decks that costs $1000, so therefore if you set up a board that has 10 negates then it’s expected!

Round 3 vs. Runick Stun. How did you just detach a material from Varudras to destroy the Fissure? You can't detach unless your opponent activates an effect for you to trigger the detach negate/destroy effects.
he used it's other effect and not the negate effect, but he didn't seem to realize that it actually doesn't have to detach a material in order to use that effect.
On the subject of this match, how we feelin bout Amano Iwato vs Droplet in end phase? Does turn player have ability choose resolution order? Edit: when the opponent used flashing fire on the xyz, Sam didn’t banish two to resolve
@@scavzy Amano Iwato will stay negated until the next players turn if it's negated with droplet. So it won't go back to hand at all, and yes he definitely should have banished two.

Another thing that i want to ask is that nightmare pain only allows to attack Yubel monsters but what if he attacked with RDA while having crimson Gaia? It flips them face down all opponents monsters, would the effect of attacking Yubel monsters ONLY applies or not anymore since they would be facedown? He forgot that he could of red zone to pop several times also RDA scarred to revive a RDA and also to revive a RDA monster when a monster is destroyed by a card effect

Why "Dark Ruler No More" effect said "Neither player can activate monster effects in response to this card's activation". so why it been negate ? how ?
So how it works is that if your opponent activates Dark Ruler, you can't respond with Monster effects. Keyword: Monster. So if you chain Dark Ruler with a Quick Play or a Trap, then you can use your monsters to target and negate Dark Ruler in the same chain, which is how the RDA player negated Dark Ruler with Abyss by chaining Red Zone to Dark Ruler and then use Abyss' negation on Dark Ruler after Red Zone, thus resolving the chain and ending with Dark Ruler being negated

They just need different formats of Yu-Gi-Oh. Taking 6 minutes for one turn and after every card asking if its okay, because your opponent might have hand traps or negates is tedious. It's like what's killing baseball, just need to add irl turn timers. If you can't do your 20 specila summons in 2 minutes then your turns done.

round 3 runik player was pissing me off. i hate playing with ppl who cant fathom that its still a game. you pressed to try to win a 2017 nintendo switch and maybe a $200 card? go outside. mind you ive played a few regionals and a ycs never let winning or losing take me outta the mindset to have fun. even when ive been cheated i still managed to enjoy the game go play one piece or something if you gonna be so pressed to win.
