Coconut oil has antibacterial properties but I am not sure about the whitening effects because yellow teeth is not due to bacteria but to the natural color of your enamel. Also lemon water on an empty stomach will give a stomach ache to a lot of people. Sorry for all the critique xD I do see all of these popular things that are not true and I just can't shut up about them. Just want to help

In my case, I’ve noticed my teeth look whiter after doing it regularly for a few weeks, and it’s been a gentle alternative to chemical whiteners for me. I totally get that lemon water might not work for everyone, it’s just something that’s worked well for me. I really appreciate your perspective!🥰
I have IBS and my nutritionist recommended lemon water as a natural remedy against urinary track infections. You don’t have to squeeze the lemon in the water you can just add few slices

Lemon water helps metabolism and has vitamin c which is hood for collagen and many many other benefits. Of coarse don't put a whole lemon but a few drops is actually good!

Would recommend a good spf like la roche posay Anthelios fluid for australia, a true staple. Idk if it's true but sunscreens work differently in the strong uv rays

I wish I could have them but this year in Italy it's still sunny most of the time although we are in November 😢 I hate the sun during this period of the year....I would love to exchange our houses for a whole week at least 😂 and enjoy a bit of the Scandi weather ❤ here you could go at the seaside or on the Alps ( I live between the 2 of them ) and easily reach France and Switzerland 🎉 😂😂
