Lets see, a peninsula that is almost 100% sand that was built up over thousands of years of the Gulf Stream carrying sand from the south to the north. Now wave action, rain and winds are now removing sand yet again. Hay look ma, the Sand based peninsula of cape Cod is changing as normal yet again. Sing it Ma, “ all the sand washes here,,, gets deposited there,,, next thing you know the beaches Chang,,,Giving all the yuppies a scare.” One more time Ma, “ all the sand washes here,,, gets deposited there,,, next thing you know the beaches Chang,,,Giving all the yuppies a scare.” 👏👏👏👏👏👍👍😹

We need to start decommissioning our nuclear plants and moving the hot materials away from the coast unless we want them washing into the Gulf of Maine. Sea level rise is accelerating and finding a safe repository for the radio-active material at these plants isn't going to be something we can do overnight.
Just my two cents, I don't think you really know what you're talking about. The Plymouth plant has already been shut down, and nuclear plants do not warm the planet the way other energy sources do. And the material for all nuclear plants is not buried locally it's all in one area of the country
Hello everyone, I am a big fan of WGBH, I have learned English and acquired a more critical sense. Thanks for everything
