They moved one deadline for exchanging demonstrables (exhibits) two weeks to Sept. 4th. Rashbaum informed the judge he will be making a motion to change the courtroom the trial is held. He said something like that room creates an unfair bias against his client. The judge said they can use the room they are in for jury selection since it’s the largest. As far as what room will be used at trial, he’ll wait for them to file the motion and see if the prosecution agrees or not. Judge asked Donna if she understood everything. Donna said she couldn’t hear the attorneys. The judge repeats the scheduling stuff to her and says her lawyer will explain the rest to her. That was basically it.
