This game in 2024 is actually great considering when it was released. You can do a lot in the campaign. My favorite part is being able to customize your players appearance. I hope everyone tries this grind at least once. It deserves a playthrough. Also has statistics so everything you do is accounted for. Great game in 2024 and beyond. Probably has another decade or two before it's completely dead.❤
I just did the rise and fall challenge earlier this morning and only missing the alley one. Got the wraps battle pretty much in 15 minutes or so and I think I got lucky seeing you struggle so hard. Hyped that you’ve said this is gonna be the hardest one.
Oh awesome, good job! The description was a bit dodgy so I wasn't always doing it correctly, but yeah I found it to be a nightmare. Most of the rest aren't bad at all, you've got this!
Personal Decorator is definetly a nightmare depending on your luck and patience with most of the challenges. The accolades alone are fairly annoying, forgot the name of the mission but there is a mission in the 54 immortals territory where you have an objective to hijack a P.A.W.S and kill i think it was 15 of not 20 enemies while controlling it. Every time i try to do this half the enemies die before i can complete the challenge and it soft locks me put of completing it as the moment you exit the PAWS it saves the checkpoint and not enough enemies spawn every time as well. There are more enemies that spawn but you need to rush past the paws to their spawn zones for them to trigger the spawns, but i don't know if the paws needs to be destroyed for them to spawn. But in general there are quite a few missions with very annoying challenges as the AI either doesn't spawn enough for your challenges or the AI cheats into hitting you in moments where they shouldn't be able to. I was trying to go for quite a few of these in the past week, easiest one to do so far for the decorations is the collectibles one, i just followed a guide and got them all and boom unlocked. Realistic difficulty and the one for completing the campaign on veteran without dying once is going to be "fun"...
I had a real issue with that accolade too, I know the exact one you mean. Got an awful checkpoint and every time you tried getting it done you'd get a new checkpoint and have to restart the level. Veteran no death isn't too bad, especially with a friend, as it feels incredibly easy after doing Realistic.
I’m currently going for this achievement myself for the platinum, and it is a PAINFUL experience. I need two more badges, one for all weapons and camos, and other one being all calling cards. I understand where you’re coming from on the Epic Raps Battle accolade, that one took me ages.
It sounds like you're almost there though, great effort! It really is a painful experience, I think it's a fun game but by the end of the grind you never want to touch it again.
Once you use the drakon once you’re not gonna put it down for the mission playthroughs so half the guns are left on 0 progress because there’s no reason to drop the drakon, it’s that good with thermal
Yeah that's exactly what I had, thousands of kills on Realistic, all with a single weapon. Bit of a waste but it's too hard to turn down using such a good weapon on the higher difficulties.
@@EffigyXBLI played all the snipers on realistic to level them up and get the camos. They are all pretty good even if you dont have the thermal scope on it, the only exception is the P-06, that weapon is a piece of trash. Now i have to play the game on Verteran without dying, but i have no mate for it, so it will take me a few days i guess. But since realistic wasn't that hard for me i guess veteran will also be ok even if i am not allowed to die.
Oh really? You've definitely never failed a mission due to friendly fire or anything? That's awful, especially if it's one of the last things you had left to do. Sorry to hear that!
If you thought realistic was hard in co-op… you didn’t try solo. It’s more like nightmare difficulty solo. One of my proudest achievements earned. Still working towards personal decorator. Grinding the camos & accolades is so damn tiring though.
Question if I get down with an emergency reserve on solo does it count as a death because I’m trying to get the immortal fame metal to complete the campaign on veteran difficulty without dying
It only counts as a death if you friendly fire and get sent back to a previous checkpoint, if you fail a section, or if you actually die. Using a self-revive is fine and doesn't void it!
(I don’t comment on anything so this is a first) I played this game everyday when I was 10, so much so I grinder for Dark matter. Gaming has been boring lately I decided to come back to this game 8 years later but to get platinum trophy. Of course this achievement is the last thing I needed already completing half of the medals, and beating the game solo on realistic and only till I got to the last mission mission did I discover “emergency reserve” tact rig. man I was pissed. Then the way my eyes lit up when I seen I have to beat the game again on veteran without dying not once or I mean without respawning from a check point😭 do you know what that final mission did to me in the courtyard with infinite spawning bots. That and the mothership in the mission before that. I’m going to go for this but definitely doing the veteran shit co-op Lmk if anyone wants to do it with me (I’m on PlayStation) I’ll come back to this comment if I ever actually do get the trophy 🏆
I take it as a huge compliment that you've decided to comment on my video then! Agreed, BO3 was the last MP for COD I truly enjoyed until MW3, an absolute blast to play. I didn't grind quite as much as you but I still loved it! That Emergency Reserve is a true lifesaver, the fact you can essentially use it an unlimited amount of times if you're need a loadout is so overpowered too. Veteran without dying sounds worse than it really is, after doing Realistic it feels very easy in comparison so I don't think you'll struggle! Places like TrueTrophies offer the ability to make sessions to find co-op partners which may be worth a try. Hope to see you commenting again one day with the platinum accomplished, best of luck!
I remember the hype we had for doing this co-op and how quickly that disappeared!
I mean I was enjoying it, you... not so much. Haha.
❤❤

absolute banger of a vid mate well done and congrats on the completion, welcome to the club!
Cheers mate, hopefully I'll join the series completion club soon too!

I’ve got about half of the decorations done and I’m so sick of campaign
I'm not at all surprised! 3 full playthroughs plus kill grinding plus extra replays for some accolades, it wasn't a fun experience in the slightest!

hey man, im grinding it at the moment too, had a lot of fun with it, but the accolades take loooong
Best of luck to you! And for sure, it sucks that on some levels you can't get all accolades done in a single run, too.
@@EffigyXBL yeh man, i did end up getting the platinum :D
@@z1nky_aqz_Lascar Awesome, big congrats!
@@EffigyXBL Thanks, im going for Super meat boy now, fun stuff, u have to enjoy it to get the plat imo

Really enjoyed this! Great video
Thank you so much, I love to hear that!
Really difficult obviously but the worst part is the camos, 650 kills with some of the slowest guns like that 3 shot sniper
Good times! And another great video mate.
Can do it again if you want mate! Thank you good sir.
10/08/2024 took me 9 years to get Personal Decorator achievement. 😂
Realistic is much easier when you use the swarm ability and the abiloty to hack 2 robots at the same time
I used invisibility and swarm. That also works good. I only died like 15 times in the whole game while playing on realistic.
I think my immortal fame medal is glitched. Truly sucks
Oh really? You've definitely never failed a mission due to friendly fire or anything? That's awful, especially if it's one of the last things you had left to do. Sorry to hear that!
Love watching people crumble
Definitely worth subscribing then because it's about all I do.
@@EffigyXBL one step ahead of you.
Still have nightmares from doing realistic solo
I can only imagine! You're braver than me.
That accuracy is crazy 18:59
Haha, I think using a Drakon kind of skews the numbers a bit - sadly my aim isn't that good all the time!
I have this achievement did it 2 months after launch! GT is Dopenol
That's super impressive, congrats!

I wouldn't even dare, that sounds atrocious. Well done to you for getting it done, hopefully the rest of the grind is relatively painless!
I dont think that its that hard. I played it yesterday and only died like 15 times in the whole game.
Yes it is i watched the channel yoma97 and he was suffering getting all the achievements of black ops 3
Yeah his video popped up in my recommended after I uploaded mine, atleast I'm not the only one that struggled!

Who wants to team up with me on Xbox and do this
Honestly no offence but i made this campaign solo on realistic
I had around 78 deaths on the last mission
No offence taken, I'm a terrible gamer! Congrats on getting it done. :)
