It may be a stupid question - If we are using the 'rowcause' in our APEX Code, is there any such tool to find out!!! in which class we are using the SOQL Query, because we have loads of classes running behind the scenes. Download your entire project metadata through Visual Studio Code and then initiate a search with "rowCause". This should show your all the queries where "rowCause" being used. I will soon put a dedicated video on Opportunity Share Object. Thanks !!
How to identify the reason behind any record visibility then? So till now we knew to check share object to understand why records are visible to any user. However, now do we have to assume that it might be because of implicit sharing?

I don't think so.
After the update, does the account owner have access to the child which was not created by owner?
Yes that depends on the sharing the setting
