I never bought mini tins until today and they were all loaded with chasers. I’m wondering if the tins are seeded because every video I watch is jam packed with hits!
So I had to think about the many times I opened up mini tins in the past and you are right I usually get three chasers in five mini tins so I can see them being seeded.
I get them from the Pokemon Center I wait for them to come out at the Pokemon Center then I order one of each because at the Pokemon Center you can pick which ones you want and at other stores online it's usually random.
