Are there any sharks on this map? No ocean map can be complete without sharks.
Sadly no but we have Bull sharks on the amazon map
The next map if it is a ocean one I’m sure will have some

I also reccomend, that you use the squid chain in combination with the 85grams 7/0 troll octopus. I caught 6 uniques out of 10 fish

@@huddyb_irl7443 83, you can rent a yacht or buy one of the 2 dlc yachts which ofcourse come with rods and reels, terminals and everything you might need

Sadly the dlc was like $60, worth it for me but i would not blame others for not wanting to buy that lol
@@ScarecrowTheHunter oh lol, I would think that the dlc would be around $29 too $39, but its a different map then the others.
If you put the throttle at 90% you go one knot faster

7:58 if you would’ve used 8/0 trolling octopus you can catch uniques cause that’s what I did
My biggest dogtooth tuna is a 266.54 unique it took like 15 mins to get in it felt like.
So is the biggest fish still the perch or are the grouper or bluefin tuna bigger?
Is there any jigs in it I would love jigging for dog tooth tuna and grouper
You can't do max drag anymore they change they change it when they updated the bites system
If I wasn't level 20 I would probably hop on fishing planet. At least I can watch it on youtube.

@ScarecrowTheHunter You don't understand, man. I tried going to a place that was just a bit expensive for me. I caught nothing, and now I'm left with nothing. I'm not doing the lonestar grind all over again 😭. It traumatized me

@@jaxson9269only advice i can give is watch some beginner guides. Bzhub and kpshamino have good ones. Or buy a dlc but watch tutorials on the waterways before going so u have a clue as to what to do. Game is fun but the early level grinding can be a turn off
Also cong and presumably this dlc r the only ones i truly would recommend. But not everyone wants to or can buy them and i get that. Just buying premium is a better option

Been waiting years for this since it was mentioned in like 2021 but for them to annpunce a release date but its just for beta testing is kinda stupid
This is not beta testing, this is the full release. Its just on pc first and will be on console in a couple weeks

@@colemanross5820 If your pc isn’t very good it’ll most likely not be a very smooth experience. I haven’t tried playing on it yet but I’ve seen many youtubers have really bad gameplay like 30-50fps with lower graphics than what you could use.
Can you make an fishing planet beginners guide? There’s not really a good one out there
Bo Angles got some, the game just sucks to lvl up in general though

The only thing that sucks you can't take the boat to other maps, you can only use it on this map just Terrible 😒i hope in update will make it so you can use it on other maps also.

So are markers useless on this map? seeing the fish move around and if you use a marker the fish won't be there next time
Crazy looking update but shame you need to be so high level to play on this, im 55 lvl and farming on blue crab island is so boring and time consuming
Yea its the same for me tbh, i am primarily a thehunter youtuber so i dont have much time to play other games. So i just took the easy route and bought the Wild africa dlc to level up faster
