i'm a big fan of Madonna but i have an issue with the vocals on this tour since the start of this tour , i would have prefer either a small band on stage with her or a pre recorded live band audio in the key she is comfortable with and also new Background vocals in synch with the voice she has now and not using old vocals when she was younger , it doesn't mix well. She's been having a lot of issues with the backing track especially with nothing really matters being payed with some delay.
Yikes! This didn't sound out of tune from where I was at in upper. I was there and didn't notice her being out of tune much, but videos show. So she works her ass off and charges a fortune only to be out of tune here and there. Not good. Adjust the key. Hopefully this wasn't a problem at every show. It's only my 2nd time seeing her and I'm going for the songs I like which are mostly hits and the. Rebel Heart had a lot of good songs from that album.

This performance makes me realize how many hits she has had. She's in a position where she can pick and choose which of her hits she plays. I can't listen to the talk that she's no longer relevant. What is relevance in the music business anyway? Many bands and acts can only dream of having one hit and Madonna has had 12 number one hits in the US alone. Isn't that enough? Of course other artists are more popular than her these days, but if someone is still selling out arenas after 40 years and playing songs that people still want to hear and even get excited about obscure stuff from the catalogue, then I think it's safe to say you've built a legacy.

Some people complain about how out of tune she is, but we need to remember she’s singing on top of album tracks that were recorded 30 years ago. This is when she needed a proper band or at least live backing vocalists. She didn’t need Stuart Price to just play album tracks.
It’s the plain album tracks! I was excited when the tour started that Stuart Price was music director but what did he actually do but press play on the MacBook? His best work was Confessions Tour!

She has to do this practically every night in front of thousands. Give the woman a break people! To me she sounds fine and I love that she added this song to the tour. Mmm, there's a bit of playback, I can tell. At a concert in Chicago, Madonna sang roughly 35-45% of the songs, she did some lip syncing on high-energy songs like "Everybody, Holiday & Into the Groove."
I love her so much, so this is not meant to be taken as mean spirited.... but I do think she needs to go in and re-record this track with her current voice, have the pitch fixed in studio with Stuart, and just lip synch to the new vocal track. Love you, Madonna, but this was waaay out of tune.

Interesting swap. I was at both her Toronto Jan 11/12 shows and she sang Frozen in this outfit in Toronto and Detroit. I was actually humming this song the other day and remembered she didnt sing this song. I wonder if shes doing some kind of "Bonus Footage" of a documentary she obviously needs to do for the Celebration Tour. I hope she includes all the behind the scenes footage of them coming up with what songs they were gonna swap.😊
I was pleasantly surprised to hear she replaced Rain with this, but I was also slightly concerned because I couldn't imagine how it would work with the outfit and vibe of this section 😭but it actually turned out really nice!! i like it more than Frozen ☺️
