I wonder if it would help to put some sort of a spatula in the pitcher that it might help break the fall of the wax and prevent the splash back or a bit of rubber tubing over the tap to get a smoother flow.

Yep! I’m thinking of getting another spout attachment that can be inserted to make the pour a little smoother. I’ve seen others do it and it helps a little.

there is a possibility that you may not have been using the correct electrical power outlet for the type of Melter or if you had other items plugged in...any item plugged in does drain some power for being on the wiring system.. Seems odd that you went through three systems
