Uh? I even replayed this and never saw a choke up. That’s just dealing with a class of children; you pause, display a calm and controlled stance, then wait for the talking/yelling to calm before speaking anything important. This dude was completely cool and calm, not even a stutter in his voice, ready to control his classroom so he could conduct business.
