Which one gives better lighting between hjg mini drive 40W and hjg 40w cree 4 led?
Both are at their best. Mini drive gives you a spot type beam and 4x4 cree gives a spread beam. I preffer a spread beam for lower visibility. If you want a better visibility for far objects, try 4x4 60w or merecedes. Buy these fog lights according to your need.
can you different between 40W and 60W ?
am planning to buy for my FZ25.
You will get to see brightness and coverage difference in both the lights. 60W is more powerfull than 40W.

Price for 60watts is around 3500 approx...it comes without harness...harness costs around 1000 to 1500rs.

The 60watts are more powerful than the 40watts. Percentage wise 60watts are 70 out of 100% and 40watts are 45 to 50 out of 100%
Any problem using the light without relay?..
What happens if you cut the direct wire and the battery connection?
Using this fog lights without relay may affect your battery performance and also other equipments like horn & headlight. The powerfull fog lights can destroy your bike's main wire harness too. So it's better to be safe and install a wire harness which includes relay and a fuse for these fog lamps. The 4x4 mini comes with a wire harness included in the box but if you purchase any other light then i suggest you to purchase a harness with it. It protects your bike as well as the fog lamps too.

go for hjg mini drive much better than this 20+20w with small size 1000 1200rs tak local me mil jayege mene bhi use kiye hai ache hai

Don't go for online stores...you can buy it from the biker's accessories shop. Bikers Vault in Thane is the best shop.

Mere isme to abhi tak water issue nahi aya hai...maine totally barish me use kiya hai. HJG ka issue ye hai ki copy aram se market me milta hai. Agar apke lights jaldi kharab huye hai to chances hai ki wo copy ho sakte hai...aur HJG mai abhi recently bahot acche products aye hai pehele ke comparision se. Quality me bhi acche hai aur lambe tik jate hai.
