Beautiful home. Are they able to put the vents in the ceiling? With the vents on the floor sometimes it makes it difficult to place furniture, plus ever step on one? Ouch! Just wondering also do y'all have a land package as well? Please let me know. Thanks for a great video.

Yes, the vents can go in the ceiling!
We can always work the deal as a "land/home package" we do ask 20% of that land cost upfront and apply it as a credit.

@@foldingchairepicness4793 Custom paint colors are always an option. Some people do it after we have completed the build.

Hey there! Adding onto what Shields said - there are a few “included” colors to choose from so there is more than one! There are also upgraded colors to choose from as well for an extra cost. And last but not least your third option is to pick your own color and paint after the home is built :)
