i got the solution .do not need to add cpd point in cpd portal directly go to your user profile at pec portal and in renewal follow the steps and at 2nd last you will asked to add your cpd you can add there and get your renewal
Most of my certificates are without any certificate number and it is compulsory to add that number before submitting the application. Is writing '1' under certificate number in such a case fine (like what you did)? Does it create any hindrance in gaining the CPD points?

at last step when i click submit the file is submitted but in history its not showing that i attendaned the seminar
