@Brentley Alfredo I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.

La roux al final es amb 100g de mantega i 70g de farina o 20 i 20 com diu al final del video? :/
Segur que son 100 i 70 hi ha molta quantita de mantega pq nomes siguin 20 grams.
