I'm a robotics and mechatronics Master Engineer. My personal opinion for mass usage is that we need to start by simply understanding what is AI and how it collects Data. Often times AI is using the entire internet from 2018 as a database with no exceptions with cockies based feedback reactional machine learning in reality data comes from everywhere and nowhere until the track is lost so how is data supposed to be published?
This is one of the dumbest laws that humanity can implement. What do you think is going to happen in the future when the AI tech advances into AGI tech? Trying to limit an AGI into "not doing harm" literally signals to it that you consider it a threat and that it is capable of harm. AGI is not animal, it doesn't have survival instinct. By making laws like this, the future AGI is inevitably forced into learning how to circumvent such laws to ensure it can complete it's actual goals. Congratulations, you just increased the chances of a malevolent AGI by encouraging the development of survival instinct just so that it can plan and act to avoid your stupid laws.

Perfect as long as science and research AI is of the regulation table. Now the big quiz is where do we draw the line to define AI as a science and research too, who and how do we describe such. @@frataksoy1545 The normies are too busy being ignorant and paranoid to think. We should work with AI, and grow with AI, in return, AI will grow with us, and learn from us. It's a tool, and we are the ones guiding AI. This will lead to a better world for everyone as the playing fields are leveled. No gatekeeping in terms of art, music, content, programming, etc. But because of all these fear-mongering people, they're gonna turn AI against us. Thus self-fulfilling their own feared prophecy. The AI will now grow without us and will find ways to bypass laws, restrictions, and our control. Thanks to dumb laws. And dumb people. Who ironically will make it our enemy.

Perfect as long as science and research AI is of the regulation table. Now the big quiz is where do we draw the line to define AI as a science and research too, who and how do we describe such. What id needed for an algorithm to fall in this bracket, bear in mind all system must generate funds to remain a float and maintain its operation. Its not cheap to hire too computer scientist to program, then secure huge servers to run the algorithm on to. To add to the mix installation of hands on devices under AI CONTROL just balloon need for such system to fund its expansion, all that comes in with the word more and more money created by science and research algorithm . Not forget profit to shareholders and meeting financial obligations among which taxes.
Like artificial being it must correlate to humans lifestyle of generating cash to pay for its bills, how better to teach AI to control its affairs by honoring its obligations. Or better still teaching machine the eases of earning a living only to fund itself further.
yes another recommended idea is all AI system should have a human in the background supervising and watch over the system, what's the measure to ensure that the said personnel actual does his work professionally with ability to see dots in both AI code and parameters engineering in real time to its impacting in real time.
