There are songs that punch you in the gut... but this song... This was the only song in my entire life that punched me right in the heart.
It's epic melody not only transmits anger, sadness, and grief, but also gives the impression that something is about to end. It's like the final act of an orchestra, epic, hard to let go, and gut-wrenching when it is finally over.
My favourite song... Ever.
This is the best music I have heard in a while.
The epic orchestra genre is littered with great pieces. Most of them fit the 1st Orchestral movement format.
