I highly recommend that you NOT peel the shed off. It can hurt them if it's stuck. A warm bath and soft toothbrush. Around the eye use a Q-tip
well i help them because they are miserable during the shedding process so when they are shedding i will give them a soak mid morning(after they bask) then i will wait until like 2 and feed them depending how much they eat or how activel they are. i will tjen hang out/ bond with them and if tjeu jave loose shed i will jelp where it is loose. As to expedite the process. so I guess i help everytime they shed.
