Mudokons can be a bit moody, if you don't keep talking to them or moving around with them they lose interest and go back to work, if one is at the edge of a platform and you want them to go down you have to ask them to follow you twice, ignore them saying "nuh-uh"! If you are on the edge of a platform and want to crouch, press whatever you have mapped to the PS1 X button, it works everywhere, whereas if you press down you'll drop down the ledge instead. You can also hold X while running to enter a roll, let go to stand back up! Pressing triangle does a hop, but you do a bigger jump if you jump with triangle while running. And some bird portals aren't meant for your Mudokon buddies!
